After we expressed dismay at being offered a fusty room off the reception area, Lee quickly swapped us to a top floor room with views over Culver Down and Sandown Bay, clean with a compact but serviceable ensuite. Lee serves a decent breakfast but it's not a place for artisanal produce, jams and sauces come in plastic packets. The decor is rather dated and cluttered with soft toys and ornaments but the hotel is clean. The price is very competitive compared to other B&Bs on the island we've stayed in this year - so all in all, good value for money.

Great b and b great host lee. Very comfy bed and pillows . Huge telly easy to use. Own bathroom and nice shower. Lots of privacy from host but around if you wanted a chat and any imformation. Lovely breakfast. Cereals yoghurts pastries. Fruits all included in price. Fridge in room . Very close to beach . And bus route. On street parking. Shops near by and places to eat. And pier . Plenty of places to visit. Cant wait to have another holiday here x Thanks lee for a great stay

Cherrylee is a lovely bed and breakfast. We took our grandson with us for a couple of nights. Lee was amazing and couldn't have done anymore for us if he'd tried. The room was just right for what we needed. The breakfast was lovely. Hopefully we will be able to come back soon. Sharon,Chris and Jack x

Stopped with Lee for 4 nights. Booked direct with Lee for the best deal. Room was very well presented. Spotlessly clean and fresh. Breakfast was substantial and kept us going till our evening meal. Lee recommended Flanagan's for a meal and was spot on. Lee is very friendly, full of local knowledge and makes you feel very welcome. Would highly recommend staying here. Great sleep, great breakfast and great value. Loved the island and loved our accommodation, so will definitely do a return trip to both.

A brilliant b&b experience, the room was clean and tidy with everything you need from alarm clock, iron and ironing board to hair dryer, a lot of attention was paid to detail, lots of memorabilia throughout the b&b, the full English was brilliant, the hosts were very pleasant and very accommodating, they couldn’t do enough for us, we will definitely be coming back again, we have found our new holiday home
