One of the most beautiful hotels in Europe with tradition and history and very kind and professional staff and extraordinary hospitality and service. Definitely come back again. Thanks for everything.

A very beautiful hotel in amazing settings with staff offering first class service. the facilities of the hotel are of top quality. The location of the hotel on relation to the ski areas is acceptable - in particular when using the short cut to the lifts, however a shuttle service would be recommendable.

Das Ambiente und die Lage bzw.der Pool sind einzigartig. Sehr stilvolle Zimmer mit einer tollen Bar. Das Frühstück im prunkvollen Saal krönte den Aufenthalt wunderbar ab. Der Saunabereich mit Blick auf den Wasserfall und der Ruhebereich sind traumhaft schön und laden ein wieder zu kommen…

Absolut freundlichster Empfang und beste Betreuung, es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Man merkt, dass alle mit Leib und Seele bei der Arbeit sind, wir drücken die Daumen für die Zukunft des Straubinger und kommen gerne wieder! :-)

Sehr schönes Ambiente mit dem Flair der Geschichte und dennoch modern. Sehr gutes Abendmenü im wunderschönen Festsaal. Wellnessbereich top. Luxus pur mit Blick auf weisse Berggipfel. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wellnessbereich des Badeschlosses könnte man mitbenützen.

Waren im Restaurant essen und dies war zwar hochpreisig , jedoch sehr schmackhaft. Eigentlich wollten wir ein Geschäftsevent dort planen und haben nach einer Person gefragt, die uns etwas über den Umbau erzählen kann und evtl. ein wenig umher führt. Die leitende Dame, an die wir verwiesen wurden , war unhöflich und überheblich - da mein Mann sich erlaubte einen Blick auf den Pool zu werfen ( niemand war dort anwesend) Unsanft wurden wir herausbefördert , nachdem wir für über 500 Euro dort gespeist hatten!!! Das Geschäfsevent wird nun woanders stattfinden.

Historisches Haus mit exzellentem Ambiente und Services. Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Infinity Pool mit einzigartigem Blick auf Bad Gastein- einfach unschlagbar. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht... einfach perfekt. Man fühlt sich jederzeit rundum wohl!

Gleich bei Ankunft wurde das Auto in die Garage gebracht. Dann haben wir das Zimmer bezogen. Es war etwas klein, aber alles sehr schön. Das Bett war angenehm zu schlafen. Vom Minibalkon hatten wir eine gute Sicht auf die Umgebung. Der Wellnessbereich war unglaublich schön. Besonders der warme Außenpool war einen Aufenthalt wert. Tolle Sicht auf den Gasteiner Wasserfall, direkt neben dem Hotel. Ruheraum bequem im My stylisch. Auch das Frühstück war ausreichend. Eierspeisen konnte man bestellen und der Kaffee wurde zum Tisch gebracht. Das Abendessen ist teuer und verbesserungsbedürftig. Ansonsten alles sehr gut, auch der Service!

Meine Frau und ich haben unsere Kindheit und Jugend urlaubend in Bad Gastein verbracht, waren seit dem Tiefgang des Ortes nicht mehr dort. Und jetzt wieder! Unglaublich mit wieviel Geschmack das Straubinger restauriert, modernisiert, aber auch in seinem alten Flair erhalten wurde. Die Zimmer, die Spa Landschaft, der Pool, der Restaurantbereich, die Bar(!!!), einfach ziemlich einzigartig. Und das alles in Verbindung mit dem einfühlsamen und sehr sympathischen Personal! Vielen Dank wir kommen garantiert wieder, aber dann mit Verstärkung, dem Rest der Familie Sg und bis bald!
