Nothing to fault - lovely staff, room amazing, good food and amazing view. What is not to like!? Would recommend and return (hopefully soon!). Great set of activities for both adults and kids - we all loved it (even with mixed weather which they can’t control!)

Awesome kitchen, great views and pretty much choices of sauna, nice pools with a comfy water temperature. Austria is great indeed. I was here during the business trip but I really liked it. The rooms are spacious with a big bathroom, the design is not top modern but is solid and very good

Staff was simply the best, super professional, friendly, smiley and always willing to help. The view from the infinity pool was beautiful and zen. Food was great and enough for everyone. Great breakfasts !!! Our physical trainer "Wiwi" was exceptional. Hugs to her ! I refer this place to anyone we know

Absolutely perfect. Views, quality of the hotel facilities, staff, food…drink. The hotel whilst spotlessly clean and with superior facilities manages to make the stay not “stuffy” at all. The staff look after both the adults and children in a really friendly and welcoming manner.

Stayed 4 nights recently at the Alpina as part of a trip to Austria and absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed in a family room which had a separate sleeping area for children, the room was very comfortable and appeared to be recently refurbished, with a balcony with beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel is beautiful from top to bottom, the infinity pool was wonderful and we also enjoyed the indoor pool (plus our children loved the slide/small pool). We booked the deluxe meal plan which was well worth it, the food in the restaurant was fantastic - beautifully presented and always of a very high standard. Breakfast was also great, particularly the pancakes and waffles made to order and (my highlight) the freshly squeezed orange juice machine. We also had lunch in the Italian restaurant which was also very good. The facilities at the hotel are great, we used the spa (for massage and manicure - excellent) the tennis court and golf simulator, and our children loved the adventure playground in front of the hotel. We didn’t use the mini club but there seemed to be plenty of children’s activities available. The only thing which could possibly have improved our stay would be air con in the rooms as it was very hot during our stay although it wasn’t too bad in the room as we were given fans by reception and closed our curtains when we were out to keep cool. It also tended to get cooler at night. So all in all we absolutely loved this hotel, I only wish we could have stayed longer. We had the hotel transfer from the airport which was excellent, next time I might hire a car and stay longer as there is lots to do in the local area. Staff throughout the hotel were great, particularly the reception and spa staff. Look forward to visiting again soon.

This is just a fabulous hotel. From the quality of the staff and food, to the swimming pools, gym, wellness centre, bedrooms and location of the Alpendorf gondola, less than 100 metres and Salzburg airport only a 45 minute car journey, this hotel has it all. We have stayed here numerous times and will be returning again.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel the staff could not be more accommodating. The hotel is immaculate and welcoming. The spa facilities are outstanding and the staff are a pleasure to deal with. Food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, the bar in the evening was very comfortable especially with the real fire as a centrepiece. The hotel is right next to the gondola, which makes this a true “ski in ski out” hotel! All in all a fantastic break, we will return very shortly….. that’s how much we enjoyed it! We would especially like to thank the staff at reception who made our weeks stay so enjoyable!

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, mit all den Annehmlichkeiten die ein vier Sterne Hotel bieten kann und mehr. Die Lage ist ideal für die Erreichung der zahlreich angebotenen Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten. Schon beim einparken vor dem Hotel bekommt man den Eindruck, das richtige Domizil für seinen Urlaub gebucht zu haben. Sämtliche angebotenen Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten sind problemlos vom Hotel zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, bei der Reinigung wird sehr auf Nachhltigkeit bedacht genommen. Es war alles was gebraucht wird vorhanden. Sehr freundliches Personal, das versucht ist, bevor man sein Anliegen noch äußert, es schon zu erkennen. Kompetent in allen Belangen und sehr hilfsbereit bei der Lösung des jeweiligen Anliegens. Ausgezeichnete, abwechslungsreiche Küche für jeden etwas, mit Rücksichtnahme auf mögliche Unverträglichkeiten. Lockere A**osphäre im Restaurantbereich, sehr aufmerksames Personal. Allumfassendes Weinangebot für jede Brieftasche. Auch bei Schlechtwetter bietet das Hotel Möglichkeiten wie Sauna, Wellness, Fitness und eine Poolanlage mit Indoor- und Outdoor-Becken, so das man es nicht velassen muss, wenn man nicht will. Das Freizatangebot wird auch mit zusätzlichem Entertainment ergänzt. Für uns war es ein sehr schöner erholsamer Kurzurlaub, mit Wiederholungsfaktor.
