great stay! had some initial issues with the booking, but staff was very helpful and we were able to resolve everything smoothly. the rooms were very clean as well and quite spacious for the price. the location was amazing, less than 10 minutes to the beach and right across from a market. couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Points positifs: - Accueil chaleureux et sympathique. - Prix abordables - Climatisation - Télé Points négatifs: - Chambre sale ( ex: salle de bain pas nettoyer tout les jours, draps pas changé) - Très mal insonorisé (ex: on entend les voisins parlés, alarme porte sortie secours qui sonne en plein milieu de la nuit) - Chambres très humide ( ex: les linges ne sèche pas) - Vue sur un mur et sur les mégots de cigarettes des voisins

ALERT COACKROACH/ ALERTE CAFARDS / ALERTA CUCARACHA Bedroom full of coackroachs. They tried to give us an insecticide but there were too many, and we don't pay an hotel to stay with insects. The lack of respect of the employee was to huge that it looked like a gag. The receptionist kept saying we were lying but she did see them despite every lie she would tell and she tried to kick me out of the room by switching off the lights (quite obvious that coackroach only go out in the darkness). She NEVER apologised on the behalf of the establishment and never paid us back even though we left immediatly. I got scammed of 120€. I have been around the world and never saw a worst hotel. Insane. NEVER GO THERE! LIARS AND THIEFS !!!!!

The only good thing about this hotel is captin Jack sparrow behind the desk at night time. The people here are lovely however the shock horror as we turned up to this hotel to find out we had no balcony's even though promised over the phone through love holidays and to then see what the hotel looked out upon was vile . The hall ways are pitch black the rooms are dark and dull. The pool is small and there is about 6 sun loungers. There is much better hotels for the price.

staff were lovely, rooms were nice with a bed, fridge, on-suite bathroom and balcony. the pool was very small but adequate. the rooms were cleaned every day and there was a supermarket directly opposite (and lidl 15 mins walk away) which was very handy. the only complaint is that there was lots of noises and banging from inside the building-sounded like furniture being moved around? or maybe the lift making noises as my room was right next to the lift- this went on all throughout the night, every night which wasn't good if you are a light sleeper like me. the walls were thin and you could hear other guests and the road outside. apart from the noise, the hotel was lovely and in good location, only 10 minutes from the beach.

For the price we paid the hotel was great. The lady on the desk was so lovely always smiling. On our last day we had to check out at 11am however our flight wasn’t til later. We were allowed to keep our luggage in the secure lockers and we were allowed to use the pool and shower after we had checked out. About a 5-10 minute walk down to San Antonio bay so great location

The pool is tiny, no cold water, rude staff, air con does not work, key in the electric flickers on and off. Left our stay 2 days early. This hotel looks nothing like the photos online. Avoid at all costs
