Avis : Aparthotel Boutique Poniente Playa

Hôtel 3 étoiles correct, très agréable, bon nettoyage. Les propriétaires sont très serviables. Je le recommande surtout pour son excellent emplacement, la plage est à 100 mètres et il y a un arrêt de bus à proximité dans toutes les directions, ce qui est très important. Le centre d'Ibiza est à environ 30 minutes de San Antoni. Les routes sont confortables et belles à parcourir. Après tout, cette île est magnifique. Il y a beaucoup à parcourir et à découvrir. 4 jours ne nous ont pas suffi, mais nous reviendrons.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel avec un ami, nous étions juste tous les deux et nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Notre chambre était charmante, la salle de bain immense ressemblait davantage à celle d'un hôtel haut de gamme, même si les personnes rencontrées à notre étage n'avaient qu'une baignoire basique, donc nous avons eu de la chance… Le personnel était sympa, l'hôtel très propre et l'emplacement idéal, à deux pas du West End, ce qui est idéal quand on a bu quelques verres et qu'on veut rentrer. Même si on s'est perdus tous les soirs, toutes les rues se ressemblent, tout le monde était là pour nous aider à trouver le bon endroit ! Je ne changerais vraiment rien, la vue était un peu moche, mais je n'étais pas là pour regarder par la fenêtre, c'était juste pour faire la fête ! Je me suis fait de nouveaux amis que j'ai maintenant sur Facebook. Je reviendrai cet été, mais en août, car il pleuvait… Si vous êtes jeune et que vous ne voulez pas d'un bon hôtel, c'est sans aucun doute celui-là.

Dès notre entrée, tout semblait très bien même si une forte odeur de vieux apparaissait. Durant la semaine, planning de ménage non respecté et pas parfait (sol de la salle de bain toujours sale). Ils ont néanmoins corrigé les erreurs en s'excusant très gentiment. Petit déjeuner minimaliste mais bon en terme de qualité des aliments mais organisation médiocre (une seule personne dans la salle, pour préparer le café, servir aux tables et débarrasser la table). Mauvaise connexion Wi-Fi, salle de bain avec un rideau dans la douche, ce qui n'est même pas le cas dans les auberges. Bon emplacement, assez central mais dans un quartier calme et proche de la mer. La piscine est située dans un autre bâtiment mais elle est confortable, belle et très bien entretenue mais il n'y a jamais de maître-nageur

Appartement deux pièces avec chambre double et deux lits simples (transformés en canapé-lit) dans le salon. Électroménagers et meubles neufs, bien choisis en couleur. Salle de bain propre, grande douche. Mais le meilleur : au dernier étage, une immense terrasse avec table, chaises et deux chaises longues d'où vous pourrez profiter du coucher de soleil. Aucun problème dans le salon. Aimable à l'accueil, efficace dans la réservation du service de taxi. A retourner !

Je reviens d'un week-end entre filles. Je n'ai rien à redire : nous avions beaucoup d'espace, un appartement pour prendre un verre avant de sortir et un réfrigérateur pour ranger nos affaires. La piscine était assez grande. La chambre était propre, un peu vieillotte, mais honnêtement, nous avons payé si peu pour le week-end que nous ne nous attendions pas à quelque chose de moderne. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un très bon hôtel pour un week-end au soleil à petit prix à Ibiza.

Personnel adorable, très serviable et sympathique. Le logement était parfait pour nos besoins. Un peu poussiéreux à l'arrivée, mais le grand balcon et la climatisation dans les deux chambres étaient un plus. J'y retournerais sans hésiter. Très bon emplacement, calme mais accessible.

Just returned from staying in these lovely Apartments. The Manager and Receptionist were both very welcoming and friendly. We stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment which had 2 balconies. The apartment was very clean on arrival and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable too. Great location with bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk and the main strip was just a short taxi ride away. We would definitely stay in these apartments again. A special thanks to The Manager, Anna for a wonderful stay.

We had the best stay here . Rooms are so clean ! We felt so safe the staff go above and beyond to keep it running to a top standard! Would highly recommend it ! We will definitely be back ! Booking again for next year

Wow WOW! Just back from a 4 night stay here and I am super impressed. We were greeted by the friendliest reception staff ever. The lady who checked us in had kindly reserved the top floor apartment with the large terrace- this cosy barely anything to upgrade to. We were checked in super fast too. The room was easy to find and we were greeted by a gorgeous view of the ocean. The air conditioning wasn’t working the first night- this was sorted the next day. It was a bit hit and miss but really but the end of the world. The apartment had everything you would need if you were self catering. The room and bathroom itself had a good layout and felt very clean and more than enough space for 4 girls. As there were 4 girls there was a lot of mess. I only remember seeing cleaning staff once- we only asked for clean towels and cleaned the apartment before we left. Location was spot on. A 2 minute walk from Kasbah (please eat here, the food was delicious!) and a good 5 minute walk from Cafe Mambo. There is a shop in the hotel. It sells everything you need and is reasonably priced. Breakfast was included. A few hot items, hot drinks, juices and a continental offering too. We all really liked this. Everything was made fresh and they kept everything well stocked. There is a taxi rank just across from the hotel and there was always a taxi available. We took a taxi down to the harbour part and this was just under €6. A taxi to the old town was around €30 ish and the airport, just under €40. This was my favourite stay in Ibiza and I would absolutely return to the hotel.

Myself and five friends stayed at Apartmentos Poniente Playa in Sant Antonio, Ibiza and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful upon arrival and throughout our stay, and our apartment itself had been recently renovated and was stylish and welcoming. The location was perfect for us as it is located just a ten minute walk approximately from the main strip. Our trip was greatly enhanced by our comfortable and stress free stay at Apartmentos Poniente Playa, and we would like to extend a sincere thanks to the lovely staff that made it possible.

My cousin and I came here with my two children for few days. We can’t fault it to be honest. It was clean, had everything we needed. The receptionists were lovely. At the end of the visit we were told that even though we already checked out we can no problem leave the suitcases in the back and go to the pool and after that we could use the shower and changing rooms before going to the airport. Lovely few days. We recommend.

Arrived here for a weeks stay. Upon arrival we was greeted by the most miserable, unhelpful and rudest member of staff I have ever come across in my life at the reception desk her name was Anna. We paid to be upgraded to the terrace rooms with JET2 to be told by Anna when we get there that the rooms are taken and the hotel is at “full capacity” we went to room 510, what waited for us behind that door was hell. The room it’s self was the smallest 1 bedroom apartment i have ever seen it shouldn’t even be classed as a 1 bedroom it’s that small. The room it’s self, had 2 single beds for me and my girlfriend… then the window in the bedroom wouldn’t lock and kept opening it’s self with a small gust of wind, on the other side of the window was a staircase, which in the 2 hours of us in the room several people was walking past our bedroom and nosing in and the safe didn’t work either. There was no wardrobe and storage for clothes and suitcases. The toilet seat was loose and turning the tap on you would have to wait 10 seconds before anything come out We went down to Anna on reception to ask if there really wasn’t any other rooms for us to move to. All of a sudden the terrace rooms was then available after we was told the hotel was “full” she told us we could move to the terrace rooms for €35 a night after we already paid for the upgrade. She swore blind that the hotel was completely full. This woman is a complete and utter liar, we told her we was going to ring JET2 about this and again all of a sudden like it was magic a room become free, the room was next door. In the space of 3 hours the hotel went from being full to then having rooms. We then moved next door to 511, which was so much better. Am not sure why this woman was being so awkward about this if you want anything sorting on reception go to Sherry as you will get top quality service. The cleaners are non existent, we ended up cleaning our room our selves on 2 occasions. The pool isn’t too bad, it’s about a 1 minute walk away from the hotel. However the bar at the pool is card only and the snacks are only pizza and nachos. Supermarket is quite handy downstairs, but there is a supermarket about 2 minutes away which is cheaper and has more options so I’d suggest going there instead. For food I highly recommend going Fatsos couldn’t fault the place with all the meals we had there, fairly priced as well.

Great apartments, cleaners very good ! No hassle Within walking distance of everything and staff very friendly ! Would recommend to anyone ! Very clean and well kept also cheap as chips which is always appealing!

For 3 days since staying here we haven’t been able to rest as we are woken up every morning by building works in the hotel and builders shouting. We have addressed it and nothing has been done. If you would like to be able to sleep in your hotel, this is not the place.
