La location de cet hôtel est près de la Shuhe ancient town , très tranquille , loin de la bruyante rue de Lijiang old town mais convenient pour tous, la chambre est agréable, très moderne et propre , la douche est bien , il y a pleins de choix pour le petit déjeuner, et ils nous ont offert l’apéritif et la dégustation du thé gratuitement ,on peux voir la montagne enneigée de Jade dragon par temps clair, je vous recommande cet hôtel pour votre séjour à lijiang .

Accommodation is next to the North Gate of Shuhe Ancient Town - friendly hosts and staff went the extra mile and made the stay feel very homely. A cosy environment to come back to after a long day of exploration. The bed was just the right firmness and both hard and soft pillows were given. Afternoon tea is provided everyday and hosts prepare delicious dessert soup after our day trips too.

Great Stay Near Shu He Ancient Town The hotel has a fantastic location — just a short walk to Shu He Old Town, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. A great place to relax after a day of sightseeing! And not to forget the breakfast was delicious with a good variety

We were a group of 5 from Sydney and Vancouver and stayed here for 4 nights. We found this gem via words of mouth. I gave this place 11 scores out of 10. The 10 scores are for their location (100 metre from the north gate of the Shuhe Old Town), high standard cleaningness, friendly staff (always carry a smile to make you feel welcome), security (always feel safe here), spacious room, delicious food (complementary breakfast, afternoon tea and night dessert), helpful staff ( instant response to solve problems and enquires). The extra score goes to the couple owner of this place. They run this place with their hearts. If you are travelling in this area and looking for a home away from home, this is the one.

The hotel is just next to BaiSha town, super convenient which car can access. Their staff is very kind and detail minded, even call us to remind us for airport pick up service at a special price. And also big surprise for an upgrade room. 小梅is always caring for everything we need all the time. She is shy buy but always shows her care and tried her best to help. Very appreciated. Just a concern about the voice control is not always works so just use back manual button is totally fine. Well done all hospitality and friendly syaff.

Amazing hospitality from the hosts! Went above and beyond to help accommodate our itinerary and travels to and fro some attractions. Location is great and easy to find. Interior and exterior looks exactly like what is shown in the booking! Please book this accommodation if you have the chance to!

The location of the hotel is great, plenty of places to eat nearby and closer to Yulong snow mountain. The rooms was nice and clean with a great view of the mountains. The staff were also very attentive and provided good service.

Good place to stay whenever you’re in lijiang, great host and caretaker

Located very conveniently beside Shuhe old town, the entire hotel (rooms and hotel areas) are nicely decorated with their housepet 小将军. All the hotel staff are nice and friendly and their service is excellent. Every query we have is answered by them via Wechat promptly. They even helped us order food delivery through their phones for our convenience. I highly recommend this hotel for guests who wants to escape the crowd of Lijiang ancient city

I was so glad to stay in this hotel , the staff and owners of the hotel are very friendly and caring, they treat you with desserts in the evenings, very atmospheric and beautiful view, there is also a mini gym, you can work out, delicious breakfast, the location is also very good, near the old city, the hotel staff also organized a free shuttle to the airport. highly recommend this hotel,

We had a wonderful stay at the Cloudland! The location just outside the ancient town of Shuhe made it easy to get a car to other places but also easy to wander through the town. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we need for our short stay. Check in was smooth and fast, the staff were very friendly and communication by WeChat made our stay relaxing. Breakfast (Chinese) was good and filling and they also served Chinese desserts in the evening. You could also try Chinese tea but we sadly did not have enough time to try. One small thing to consider is the absence of an elevator. If you have big luggages you need to keep that in mind but the staff helped us with our big luggage so it’s a small issue.
