We stayed only overnight as we were visiting Pola Park. This hotel has lots of free parking spaces. Room was spacious and very clean with a balcony. In the bathroom they provided shampoo, conditioner, soap, bodymilk, toothbrush with toothpaste. The hotel also have outdoor pool. About 10min walk to the beach and from there is nice walk to marina. Breakfast had excellent selection for everyone. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families that are visiting Pola Park and we will return again.

We’ve been coming here for years, and still love it! Staff are really warm and friendly, rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom facilities great, and breakfast plentiful and varied. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 15-20 mins into Santa Pola. Free parking right outside, and a theme park nearby for the kids - yet again, a lovely stay!

This hotel is clean and rooms are relatively comfortable but the hotel has no comfortable bar area its more like cafeteria which very few people use so no atmosphere whatsoever the restaurant is the same. Food is okay but not a lot of choice and mostly cold. The area around the hotel is a huge urbanisation and not a pretty one either and at least when we were there to get anything decent to eat in the evening you had to walk up to the marina which took us about 35-40 minutes there is a couple of shops about a 10 minute walk from the hotel but not the easiest to find. The beach is about a 10 minute walk straight down the road but be warned if you like a sunbed you won't find any on this beach we had to go and buy chairs and a ,parasol and cart them up and down. All in all we were dissapointed and definitely wouldn't go back or recommend it.

Everything you need for a smashing break! Large rooms with both air conditioning and heating (which warmed the room up a treat on cold April nights!) spacious bathrooms with bath, good shower attachment, and toiletries - loads of drawer and cupboard space in the rooms, and all kept SPOTLESSLY clean. Really friendly staff, great location for the beach (about 20 minute walk into Santa Pola), quiet residential area, and buffet breakfast with loads of choice.

This was our second stay here - both 1 night stays before flying the next day. Close to the airport, beach and other amenities. Rooms are clean with complementary bottles of water, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner. All rooms have balconies. Staff are polite and welcoming. Free wifi

Decent rooms, however it is extremely bad sound proofing from the surrounding. Service was bad. The food in the restaurant had its ups and downs but was overall good. The location of the hotel is far from the city/restaurant. Cleaning was bad cheap with dust in the room and only refill of shampoo if explicitly asked for.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone, really clean bedrooms, Bed and mattress are like new, We had a lovely nights sleep, shower with a perfect pressure, location is goos a 5 min walking for the beach and 15 for city Centre. Good size pool!

The hotel is in a quiet location which is a nice walk into town along the beach about 20-30 mins. The rooms are really clean with a lovely clean bathroom nice balcony. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Will be staying again in a few weeks, and will use this hotel frequently for our stay in Santa Pola. Thank you to all the staff at the gran playa, who also spoke very good English.
