The rooms are spacious and the front desk staff are great! However, they don’t tell you about the pool or if there are pool towels. The pool is FREEZING cold! We weren’t allowed to eat our own lunch in the common area, which was quite irritating. They don’t have bottle openers to lend out, but they will open anything for you at the bar. Breakfast is great. The neighbourhood is nice, with a fantastic park close by.

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff and many are bilingual. The food was wonderful and drinks were delicious. The rooms are VERY spacious and clean. I spent the week of Thanksgiving there and I am so glad that I did. It is central to everything in Vitacura with dozens of restaurants nearby. After 7 days I couldn’t even visit half of them. They have a great gym with free weights, a treadmill and elliptical. I came here to study and write and never had any noise concerns. The pool looked clean although I didn’t partake, and the dining area (both inside and outside) was immaculate. When I return to Santiago I will definitely be staying here again. It’s a long way from California (15 hours) but definitely worth it. The price and the value of what you get also adds to experience. Lastly, if you’re coming from the states, be sure to get an adapter as their power outlets are different from ours.

I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights during a business trip. PROS: the room (I stayed in room 311 which is a suite) was very spacious. Large living room, bedroom and bathroom. The room is very clean. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. Breakfast was delicious and the food was consistently refilled. Even 10 min before the end of the breakfast time, there was no shortage of anything. The bed was really comfortable. Probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in. CONS: the check in process took forever. I arrived early in the morning after a long flight from NY. The young lady in the reception took about 30 minutes to check me in. She kept offering me to have breakfast while she was checking me in. Even after I got my room key, she still asked to keep my passport to finish the check in process. The WiFi was really slow and kept getting disconnected. Fortunately I didn’t have to work from the room. If I needed to, it would have been impossible. The decor is really dated. Looks like nothing has been changed since the 1990s. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

A really wonderful hotel, great value for money. Comfortable and clean. Very helpful staff. The terrace is a lovely bonus. I really liked the art work around the hotel. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Recommended.

I spent three nights at Director. Business trip and also visiting family. An associate was also staying the three nights. I am so very happy that we stayed at Director... Great rooms, I had a walk in closet, big bathroom, desk with a convenient 110V outlet and a lovely city view without the noise. For the price...best deal ever. The hotel is in a beautiful and very central location, close to everything, great parking garage, easy access in a busy city... just what you need in Santiago, where traffic can be a nightmare. Add to the great room and privileged location, fantastic food and caring/attentive staff... you have a hidden treasure. Goes without saying: housekeeping and COVID measures are excellent.

El hotel lindo, pero la comida últimamente pésima, los postres desabridos, montaje simple, el servicio ahi no mas esperaba más de la vendimia me deja mucho que desear, el servicio y la atención en general 5 de 10... han desmejorado mucho espero puedan volver a tener mejorias porque es muy agradable el lugar
