저는 비즈니스 출장 목적으로 머물렀습니다! 한인타운 및 산티아고의 주요관광지(성당 등)로 도보로 이동하기 좋은 위치이며, 우버를 통한 차량 이동시에도 좋은 위치입니다! 숙소 바로 앞에는 공원이 있어, 숙소의 창문을 통해 또는 숙소 앞을 걸어다니며 공원 풍경과 공원에서 진행되는 공연을 볼 수 있습니다!
방은 넓고 깨끗합니다. 하나 부디끄 형태의 숙소의 특성상 샤워 부스 및 에어컨, 라디에이터들은 세월의 흔적을 느낄 수 있습니다. 허나 불편할 정도는 아니며 호텔이 갖춰야할 모든 시설과 물품을 가지고 있습니다!
이에 비즈니스출장 뿐만 아니라 여행으로도 해당 숙소를 추천합니다!

The location in Bellas Artes is perfect, nice neighborhood and close to Lastarria. Walking distance to the food markets, Bella Vista, Cerro Santa Lucia and the square. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast, coffe and tea available 24/7.

This hotel is in a very good location being across the road from the Museo de Belles Arte. However, the rooms are so small and tight, one feels like living in a monk's cell. But this is a renovated house, so to maximize space, rooms are small. The ground floor rooms don't have much natural light. The people working at the hotel are very friendly. Breakfast is provided. From this hotel, you can get to the Cathedral and main square with several museums around the square within 15 to 20 minutes of casual walking.

See most reviews: no-frills hotel not worth the value for its star rating. Elevator was broken (looks like it has been for months according to other reviews), so it’s not accessible for elderly guests, those with strollers or those with mobility issues. The suite’s shower didn’t work and the door lock didn’t either. Front desk staff were friendly but indiferente to it. Breakfast was modest but decent. Location was convenient.

Why would I pay extra for a suite that doesn’t have a comfortable place to sit? There is one hard plastic chair, a bed, and a counter. And a big bathtub in the middle of the room. This is definitely not worth coming back to. Give us a place to sit and read!

My wife and I had a great week’s vacation at the Altiplanico. Magdalena at the front desk was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - we deeply appreciate her. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast each day was an assortment of meats, cheeses, fruit and pastries … great coffee and juice. Location is superb for those who want to be in the heart of the city. Highly recommended!!

Small boutique hotel located near park and good restaurants. Very clean, friendly staff, and nice small reception and outdoor area for breakfast or afternoon wine. Hotel is located in older building and had some creaks but rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. Rain shower did not work and some areas in floor were soft but overall a good hotel for the price. Great espresso machine!!!

Good value for money at a very good location in Santiago. Breakfast is basic, but has all you need. Unfortunately my room was very loud since it was opening up to the main road and there was a tecno party going on in the park opposite on Saturday night. Apart from that I highly recommend staying in this old townhouse.
