Évaluations de Vienna International Hotel (Sanya High-speed Railway Station)

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bon avec un parking Très proche de la locomotive, pratique et rapide La chambre est propre et le service à la réception est bon Pas cher et rentable

En gros, je viendrai dans cet hôtel quand je viendrai à Sanya, sans compter que la gare TGV du Guangxi est à proximité, l'hôtel est plus confortable. Merci également à la réceptionniste numéro 002, Miss Sister~

L'environnement général ici est très bon et des peintures à l'huile de style européen sont accrochées partout, y compris dans la pièce, vous pouvez sentir le style européen; le service est également bon, surtout dans le hall, il y a des introductions aux sites pittoresques de Sanya, ce qui est très utile; J'ai l'impression qu'il n'y a pas d'assainis*****t. Difficile, les draps et tout sont très propres. Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience de rester est très bonne.

Le petit déjeuner est bon, un parking gratuit est disponible au sous-sol au-dessus du sol, les chambres sont propres et hygiéniques, et les serveurs sont chaleureux et attentionnés. L'environnement environnant est très bon, et il est recommandé de prendre un taxi à environ 3 kilomètres de la mer.

The Hotel was above & beyond our expectations. The staff were brilliant, also their service & attitude was professional, throughout our stay, & the staff we interacted with were all very friendly. I gave the Hotel an overall score of 10/10,but should really be 8/10. The only reason I should have given them 8 was for this reason. After breakfast every morning, & around 21:00hrs to well pass midnight, it felt and smelled like there were a couple of smokers in our room. This happens even though, the AC was on at full blast. I happen to suffer from asthma, and was experiencing some attacks before our arrival & during our stay. Needless to say, the secondhand smoke, finding its way into our room, did not help my medical condition. I hope after reading my review, the hotel would take my recommendation. Perhaps by having either No smoking, or, non Smoking Floors. I’m currently @ the Vienna sister hotel right in the Sanya Phoenix Airport, writing this review. I’m here until my tomorrow evening departure flight. We arrived here in the hotel @ 14:00hrs, so far, not a hint of any smoke odour. Thank you Staff for great service.

Room was very spacious with 2 queen beds. No fridge though. Hotel is within walking distance from San Ya Railway station. Quite a number of buses ply at a stop about 100m from hotel to sightseeing spots but have difficulty crossing the road if returning on the other side of the road (alternative is to wait for bus to loop at railway station). There's an electric tram stop nearby too.

The hotel is quite a distance to walk from the Sanya high-speed train station. There are only a few local eateries near the hotel. Thankfully there is a new shopping centre (Summer Station) which is less than 10 mins walk from the hotel.

Although it said sanya high speed rail station it is actually a distance away. Need to take a taxi as it take 10-15 minute walk.

Beautiful place. There's food and convenience shop below.

This hotel has surpassed all my expectations. I was locked down during the outbreak of Covid in Sanya. The staff was gracious, helpful and professional at all times. Despite not able to speak English they kept me up to date about requirements. The room was clean and kept clean. I appreciated the laundry facilities they provide free of charge. Their robotic butler was very helpful in these trying times. They also reduced prices to an affordable amount. They have an award from Trip.com and they fully deserve it!! Thanks for hosting me
