Avis : Mangrove Tree Resort World Sanya Bay - Kapok

wow! wow! La dernière fois que j'ai séjourné à Dawangzong, j'ai choisi le kapok cette fois, et la réception a aidé à l'organiser au 23ème étage. Il s'agit de profiter du coucher de soleil depuis le balcon. Et l'expérience du parc aquatique et de la poterie offerte par le client était vraiment amusante. Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'invités dans l'hôtel, et nous deux avons directement réservé divers projets passionnants dans le parc aquatique, et nous pouvons jouer tout le temps. Ici, je suis très reconnaissant à Niki à la réception de m'avoir aidé à ajuster la chambre. La chambre que j'avais aménagée au début était trop près de l'ascenseur, et j'écoutais l'ascenseur quand j'ai fait une sieste. J'ai envoyé un message à Mlle Niki pour voir si je pouvais changer pour une chambre calme. Elle s'est rapidement arrangée pour que son collègue nous aide rapidement à changer de chambre et à mettre les fruits dans la chambre. C'est vraiment prévenant. Le deuxième jour de séjour à l'hôtel s'est avéré être de l'acide nucléique pour tout le personnel de Sanya. J'ai dormi jusqu'au bout. Niki m'a dit l'heure de l'acide nucléique de l'hôtel dans l'après-midi pour éviter que le code jaune n'affecte le voyage. Je recommande vivement Mangrove ! Vous pouvez vraiment passer le week-end dans un hôtel

The furniture is too old.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It's not so new but with a big potential and a huge territory. The Aquapark area and the swimming pools were under maintenance. There were just two working pools: at The Buddha Tower and The Queen Tower. However it didn't spoil my impression. There is a decent food court with reasonable prices so that you don't need to go out. I got the room at the top floor (25th) with such a nice and breathtaking view and the planes flying over. It was a great experience. The location is also very convenient.

We love this all encompassing expansive resort! However the Kapok block we were assigned to the receptionist is grumpy and not helpful. However will come back again!

This is our fourth time we stayed in this resort. The condition is getting worst. Things are broken and dirty. Elevators have no air conditioning and due to severe humid weather it is use elevator. Rooms as quite big but it was full of smell of mould. Even lobbies were quite smelly. Resort needs renovation.

Nice room. Good service at a good price. I would definitely stay there again.

Big room and clean with good location

We had a very pleasant stay at this resort, thanks for the room upgrade from Anna and nice service has been provided by her. The resort is huge with good facilities and there are a lot of restaurants to choose with fair prices. There's also a shopping center, Starbucks, KFC, a food street and 24 hour convenience store inside the resort which provide everything you need. The plus was the daily free daily to the water park with the wave pool that my kids enjoyed very much, would love to stay again.

Very good location near the airport and lots of shopping stores around

I had fairly high expectations when I got to this location, but unfortunately the standard was fairly low. It might be due to the fact that covid has affected this area. The maintaining of the hotel wasn't great. Our bathroom door was broken, the sofa pillows had dirty spots on them, the pool chairs are all covered in dirt, people were smoking in the elevators not taking it into consideration that there are a lot of kids here, and other people that doesn't want to inhale smoke for that matter.. I spoke to the reception about the smoking and they Confirmed it isn't legal, but they didn't have anyone to take care of the matter so nothing they could do if someone were to smoke. The swimming pools around as well as in the water park were all very cold, a lot of dirty pools in the water park too. Because of the cold unpleasant to swim unless it was very sunny. The Breakfast was a disaster. Too crowded with people and just very basic chinese food. We ended up only eating raw vegetables and fruit the one time we went. We were also told a bedrail or a crib would be arranged for our daughter, but that didn't happen. We ended up using the sofa in the room to create some sort of barrier to assure she wouldn't fall out the bed and hit the hard floor. The Restaurants around at the time all took 40 minutes or more to serve us anything, repeatedly forgetting drinks and dishes, despite the fact that there was barely any people there. The portions are fairly small as well and quite pricy considering. We ended up just ordering online instead from other restaurants. It was nice our Daughter had a big play place to enjoy at least, the large one they have on site indoors. Besides that, I do regret choosing this location. It was for our Daughter, but unfortunately not much around she could enjoy properly. The smell of urine when you walk around is a bit off putting as well, many kids pee on the streets, as well as right next to the roof top sandpit. I Understand it's hard to control kids needing to go to the bathroom, but because of this it would have been nice if the hotel chose to raise the standard of their overall cleaning. Also a little bit inconvenient that the rooms only have one chair on the balconies. Fairly quiet when you're in the room, that was nice the least.

The hotel is conveniently located and quite big. The breakfast doesn’t have a very wide variety in terms of western food. There is a great food street near by and shopping mall on the premises.

Perfect Hotel, specially for families, many activities and options for kids and family.

Very nice location. Just a little bit far from the beaches. But the hotel accommodations are fantastic.

Long waiting at the reception 🤐, everything else was as expected. Big facility with entertainment and dining choices. We got an upgrade because our original room was overbooked.
