The bathroom has a musty smell. Breakfast was not impressive. There’s a money exchange machine at the lobby.

Really happy we booked here. This is on the northern exit of Sapporo station. Daimaru JR Tower and Tokyu Department store is just within walking distance. Our tour’s meeting place is at the Sapporo North exit Bus station which is cannot be reached within a few minutes from the hotel. Everything is so convenient.

About 5mins walk from the Sapporo Station hence quite convenient. Especially if you are doing day trip from Sapporo. 2 single bed in the room is quite spacious and enough space to walk around with 2 luggages. Quite a lot of eateries as well as convenience shop nearby as well!

The location was just a walking distance from JR Sapporo station. The amenities was good. The cleanliness was great

Very easy access from Sapporo station, only 3 blocks in the North. Very good price even in the busy season. It is a very good business hotel for what they are. I could also go to places around the station for needs. 10/10

Everything is good. They have an American young man at the reception who speaks excellent English. The response to requests is fast. The parking lot is convenient. Will stay there again.

typical japanese business hotel with clean and comfortable features. i loved their hard mattress and contour pillows provided in the room! location was slightly further from Sapporo station compared to the Aspen branch.

This is the good place in Sapporo. It'snear train station. The place is very clean and all staffs are nice.

within very convenient walking distance to Sapporo station, has an izakaya restaurant on the first floor (though not part of the hotel), plenty of dining options in immediate surroundings, we opted for the deluxe twin and it was very roomy, loved it

The location is perfect if you have a morning flight. There is a shuttle bus to send you to airport. Breakfast is standard with very little selection on western type. The room is too small and the bathroom is just as big as airplane toilet. The sink and the bath share same water tap. It's just annoying

Our station is indeed located next to JR Sapporo Station which allows for easier access for when you need to travel to other cities and, of course, the New Chitose Airport. While we do not have direct shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport, because of our location, it is easy to access both the train and the bus. We are sorry to hear the breakfast was not up to your standard. We shall take this into consideration for our reviews with the restaurant in the future. Furthermore, it is understandable that the bathroom may be small in comparison to Western standards. We apologise that it was inconvenient for your usage because of its size.
