果真海景房！ 回深圳路過，深中實在太堵車開不動了就找了個公寓休息。 這間是新裝修的，很乾凈，就是一股新裝修的味道。 外面還有工地，我們晚上12點多到的，還在哐哐敲，好吵！幸虧自己帶了耳塞睡著了。 早上起來看着窗外的景色確實很不錯。 樓下停車場很寬敞而且沒有停車費！ 小區出來兩三分鐘就上深中了，非常方便了！

Le parking est au sol, il n'y a pas de marque d'hôtel, il faut contacter le propriétaire avant de trouver la maison. Un bon coup de poche, un bon prix. Sans chaleur, l'hiver sera très chaud et le béton ne sera pas assez. Le lit est le seul mauvais i est dur, il ne peut pas dormir bien toute la nuit. Le chaud est un peu inexistant, pas disponible de 10 heures à 10 heures 30 du matin. On est à 12h30, c'est chaud. Le parking est payé, mais moins de 10 yuan par nuit. Il vaut la peine d'aller à l'hôtel de loisirs.

優點:風景漂亮，乾淨整潔，面積夠大； 缺點:公寓沒有專屬的前台，到了必須靠打電話給聯繫人帶上樓，不太方便。公寓的設施比較殘留，連煲水的熱水壺都沒有，最想吐槽的是床上用品都是一次性的，一點都不舒服。住了那麼多酒店還是第一次見到用一次性床單和被套。
