Overall good experience. Friendly reception and easy check in and check out. Nearby got many eateries and coffeeshop. Also many shops selling female clothes and such. Room quite clean. A little small but modern enough for comfort. Nice bed and good tv. Thank you!

If only there is no step up to the basin & toilet will be good. Also there isn’t any shelf to put our shampoo & shower gel. All can only put on the toilet bowl.

Overall all good.Near to shopping mall and other shops.

The customer service was so great, they are very kind and I appreciate that. The room was smaller than what I expect, but for 2 people is just great. Definitely recommend and would come back again if I am shopping at the nearby shopping mall (Paradigm mall and Sutera mall). Just that the window is dusty which I didn’t want to pull up the curtain.

Walking distance from Mall, food, bar.  Watch late night movie and just walk back.  Hotel staff friendly and helpful.  Will stay again.

Great location. There’s a shopping mall, foods shop and 7-11 around. I would like to come again for my next trip!

Location wise is really good, but parking is limited. The soundproof inside the hotel is very bad, can really hear everything inside the hotel.

Average status. No Food.  Only provided electric kettle n 3 in 1 coffee sachets.

I had stayed in this Hotel twice before. My previous two occasions were not allocated a corner unit. This time I was allocated a corner unit which was great, but outside my room there were 2 ironing boards and hangers on the wall, there was also a wall fan. It is a good initiative to have ironing provided but not in the corridor. After 10pm there were many paxs ironing clothes at the corridor talking loudly and laughing loudly. In the morning, as early as before 7am, I can hear paxs ironing again. The sound of iron hitting against the ironing board is loud and when the fan is switched on, the sound of hangers hitting each other is also Irritating. we checked out early at 10am instead of 12noon as the noise is irritating. Everything was perfect except the noise in the corridor.

Prime location with a lot of food choices within walking distance. The hotel provides snacks and refreshments with water dispenser. But do note that the sound proof is quite bad. Overall it’s a good place for short stay

Booked this only coz of location and price. Bad mistake. Room is a shoebox. Next room was drilling on the walls. There was a huge group of students staying there for a school trip and they were noisy as hell. Complained to staff and they said they were fully booked. Offered a room away from them but on ground floor next to elevator and I could hear people walking in and out and convo from staff. Didn’t have a restful sleep and time at all. Complained to Trip and they couldn’t do anything coz of the cancellation policy. Trip staff were nice but at the most they could only offer $6 refund. How cute. Def won’t stay at the hotel anymore and won’t be using Trip’s services for a long while.

A budget hotel noting much expected…place is kinda noise cause during CNY there some one playing fire crackle.

Hotel is in a very busy area. No parking so it's a nightmare looking for parking. It actually is rumah tumpangan. I dont like fact that the smell of the toilet hole go to room area at night :(

Overall is good, the room condition meet expectations, and its value for the price, for this price cannot expect more.
