Scuba Tiger Semporna Holiday Resort

I think this place is not yet renovated. Very bad experience with broken floor of the toilet, dirty toilet, no basket for garbage in the room, noisy aircond, no towel for toilets floor and it is located in a very old wooden house. Place wise is just ok. If u want to stay far from the city, u can stay there. Not so many shops nearby. Need to have a standby food if u r hungry at night. Not much amenities provided. Need to have own soap, shampoo cuz i think they just provided for 1-2 persons staying only while i stayed there with other 3 persons. Wanted to check out early at 8.15am but the reception was still closed. Needed to wait till 8.30am only then the receptionist arrived. Overall is not recommended even if u like nature and beach. Just nice at the outside.

就感覺有點配不上這個價格，有點偏遠，附近沒有小吃店或者便利店之類的，條件也很一般，國內的充電插頭也不適配，還是跟老闆借的轉換器，一吃東西或者一出門口幾條狗子老是堵門口，趕都趕不走，可能適合潛水的來住吧

AVOID. - Accommodation: rooms marketed as new, but feel like at least 1-2 years old, impossible to darken the room (especially having a football light shining inside), fan not working, no TV (personally ok with it but doesn't look very professional), no cleaning on day 2, no refill of shampoo and shower gel, no soap, bed not made on day 2, 2(!) cockroaches in the room, no wifi - Food: breakfast and lunch were adequate although nothing to rave about. Dinner was simply insufficient. Selling a package with food included this is _far_ below expectations, especially given you know customers are diving 3 times a day. We had no option for ordering more on day 1 (even after confirming opening hours with the management), we had to pay for extra on day 2, we didn't consume on night 3. - Diving: coordination severely lacking. 140 bar in a tank is unacceptable. Having your customers wait for 1 hour for a boat to arrive is unacceptable. Having your customers told seconds before boarding the boat they need passport and diving license is unacceptable. Having gear lost on a boat is unacceptable (it's now only a tshirt, imagine it was my bcd, dive computer or camera). Overall, I would say the experience was very unsatisfactory which I made clear to management. They decided to actively ignore my feedback.
