Beautiful hotel located near ****** and outlet.Enjoyed staying and loved the renovation.would recommend to others to stay.Nice rooms and enough parking space.Close to all stores and very easy access.Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Pillows are amazing. Recently renovated. Restaurant on site which is very convenient. Great value for the money. Would definitely recommend!!! Excellent price after a day of outlet shopping at the Waterloo finger lakes outlet!

This place was under construction, why in heck are they renting out rooms? Dust! Cigarette smoke! No window shade , no hot water and absolutely no water in shower. Seriously guys why put people thru this when we're loyal rewards members? Breakfast was a joke as well one pan eggs and coffee. I hope they give me a free overnight stay when this place is actually renovated and done, I'm sure it will be beautiful this was too soon. G.

This may be one of the dirtiest hotels that I ever stayed at. It’s just gross, Bathroom sink not clean, As I had to plug in the TV found beer caps, trash and a chicken wing. The room smelt musty and seemed just covered up with febreze.

This hotel is being renovated. Its called the lux hotel as part of the ascend collection with choice privileges. The quality inn sign is on the road but the building has no name on it so your confused as to where to go. The building is white with black trim and looks like an office building. The interior is very stark and cold. Our room was clean but strange. Large living room with one small couch and no lamps or coffee table. The shower was very hard to figure out. Light in bathroom kept flickering so I wouldn't put it on. Bees were going behind stone work on balcony. Windows were dirty. It looked depressing to me and I couldn't wait to check out the next day. Breakfast was ok. I felt like I was staying in an office. Its supposed to be a boutique hotel and conference center. Ok whatever

Did not get us towels, said no one to get them. Over charged me for a night. We was there for a week and over charged me for the last night. Said they would call me they lied did not call me. Breakfast gone every morning. Not enough help . Very poor service. Will stay there again

STAY ELSEWHERE. Our family has stayed at this property under various brands (out of habit/convenience) since the 1980's. Never again. There is a reason why busses are not parked outside this hotel. They claimed to be renovating but you can't the renovate disinterested attitude or the staff or poor workmanship. PRO'S: the mini-fridge worked well, the bathroom was clean, ample drawer space, exterior doors were locked 24/7, lobby was spartan but tidy. CON'S: unvaccumed carpet in room - look in corners=gross; only ONE mirror over the sink in the bathroom - how's your outfit look? who knows!?; window shades jammed; new in-room coffee makers malfunctioned; pool was not working; no body wash in the dispenser, I'm pretty sure the "Conditioner" and "Body Lotion" were the same product; 'hot' breakfast was a giant "miss": one daily sausage choice with chilled scrambled eggs (straight from the fridge?), overflowing trash, a nice physical space but zero effort to provide guest service; disinterested staff (x10) and rude to my hard of hearing aunt. A bad experience from this guest and the 5 others staying in a total of 4 rooms. All rooms were about the same.

We checked in and get to our room and it’s not very clean. We leave but it looks like their is some work being done in the hotel. The next morning I get up to take a shower and the soap is still there from whoever was in the room before us. I take my shower and am ankle deep in water the drain is not going down. When I go down for breakfast I stop at the front desk to let them know that the tub is not draining. I was told they will have someone fix it. The carpet is badly stained and the part that comes up the wall is coming off the wall and the curtain is shredded. They never cleaned the room or fixed the drain in the bathtub. I would never stay here again it was terrible.

The stay here is horrible. So we were told when I made the reservations we were going a Jacuzzi tub in our room. Come to find out when we got there that room was not available anymore because they already started tearing it apart. And I made these reservations over a month ago. So they said they upgraded our room and stuff like that. But when we came in. You could tell the stuff was new. But the shower wasn't even scrubbed where you could still see the dust and black stuff all over the ground of the shower.. And was never told about them at all.. Let's start off with it took them over four hours to get us a light bulb. And on top That the chain broke in the toilet and my husband had to fix it because no one did.
