Value for money. Nice pool villas. However pool a bit deep for kids. Need to be careful. Great breakfast n location convenient for grab. Also if u r looking for a beach, there is no swimmable beach in front of the hotel. Nevertheless pool is uncrowded n beautiful

Food was superb. Service given was beyond expectation. Villa really offers excellent privacy. However the pool needs better maintenance. Able to request vehicle and it was delivered within 30 mins.

I picked this Hotel as a quick stop over on the way to Gili T. I wish I'd spent more time here! This is a beautiful hotel that is set just at the edge of the ocean. When we arrived the staff were super welcoming and check in was swift. We had an upstairs room which was enormous and had a palatial bathroom with outdoor shower. This resort is a short taxi ride into town but we didn't bother as it was absolutely amazing just staying by the ocean. The bar had excellent 'Happy Hour' from 16:00 til 19:00 so it was easy to relax by the pool and watch the sunset before eating at the hotel restaurant. The food and service were excellent. Our room was serviced twice a day with a turn down each evening which was most welcome. The staff helped us book a half day trip to see some waterfalls and temples which was great fun and value. They also arranged our boat transfer to Gili T at the end of our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful and well maintained resort with very friendly and professional staff. Quiet, private and secluded; perfect for couples. Restaurant was excellent, and special mention to Sekar, who was fabulous.

I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice! Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva. Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice! Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom! Will definitely come back again!

Our stay at Jeeva Santai was terrific, from friendly and helpful staffs, great room and amenities that even exceeded the photos on the internet, good food. Totally should be considered as one of your option for a place to stay at Senggigi, esp. If you're looking for someplace cozy, intinate and intimate and laid back.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour à l’hôtel Jeeve Santai villas. Tout était parfait, Des chambres bien décorées, avec une belle piscine privative, Un personnel souriant, très sympathique, toujours prêt à vous rendre service. Le petit déjeuner est tout simplement magnifique, une vue à couper le souffle où vous portez toute votre attention à chercher les tortues qui sortent la tête de l’eau. Un choix tres varié pour la carte du restaurant et des cocktails, avec des plats très bien préparés, seul bémol (si tant est que ca en soit un..) en tant que Français, une carte des vins trop courte. Le plus grand regret était de quitter ce petit coin de paradis. Je n’espère qu’une seule chose c’est revenir dès que possible. Bravo encore à toute l’équipe, ne changez pas vous êtes formidables.

Expérience exceptionnelle. Hôtel intimiste, très joliment décoré. Villas très confortables. Jolie piscine qui donne sur la mer. Le personnel est aux petits soins, le restaurant est d'excellente qualité. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Très bel hôtel, à taille humaine. Il est facile de se déplacer en scooter depuis son emplacement. L’hôtel n’est effectivement pas directement sur une plage où on peut directement se baigner, mais ce n’est pas vraiment dérangeant. Il suffit de descendre un escalier et faire quelques pas pour se retrouver sur une belle plage. En plus, cela permet d’observer deux belles tortues le matin pendant le petit déjeuner. La piscine est jolie et très peu occupée. Notre chambre était très belle et assez grande. Le restaurant est un peu cher pour Lombok mais il est très bon. Nous y avons mangé plusieurs fois. De 15h à 16h un tea time est offert. Des happy hours sont proposés pour les cocktails, et ceux-ci sont vraiment très bons. Le petit plus : si vous souhaitez aller dans l’hôtel Jeeva Klui qui n’est pas très loin, l’hôtel met à votre disposition un chauffeur ou un taxi gratuitement. Concernant le Spa, nous avons été à l’extérieur de l’hôtel (Orchid Spa) donc nous ne savons pas juger les prestations du Jeeva. J’ai lu quelques commentaires qui parlaient d’infrastructures en déclin. Nous n’avons pas eu ce problème. Nous logions dans une suite vue sur mer. Le seul désagrément que nous avons eu est un problème dans la salle de bain. Une planche du plafond est tombée, heureusement en notre absence. Nous avons prévenu la réception et ils nous ont envoyé directement deux personnes pour réparer. Je passe les détails mais la discussion a été très compliquée à ce sujet. Le principal est que le problème ait été réglé.

Franchement, je ne sais pas.par.oi commencer, c'était vraiment merveilleux. Le personnel est très sympathique, toujours souriant et de bonne humeur. Tout est propre et entretenu quotidiennement. Le restaurant est top, on y mange très bien, les assiettes sont très jolies et bien garnies. Bravo au cuisto ! Le personnel du restaurant est une fois de plus très gentil toujours souriant et répond à toutes vos questions. Spécial mention à Widia qui a été adorable avec nous. Le Petit déjeuner à la carte est très bon et de qualité aussi. Les villas sont franchement magnifiques ! Petite piscine privée douche et bain extérieur, tout est très beau ! La nature présente un gros plus. C'est une adresse qu'on retient, on y reviendra très certainement. Je ne peux que vous le conseiller.

Breathtaking views from our oceanfront villa. We were welcomed with an amazing drink Tamerindo delight as well as a fruit basket. The staff and food were all exceptional. The restaurant had an amazing selection of meals everything we had was amazing. Town of Senggigi is a 5 minute cab ride as well as a black sand beach. You can see turtles from the pool restaurant area and snorkel there as well. Sad we were only there 2 days.

Everything was amazing. The staff is super friendly and caring for their guests. They speak great english and they take their time to take great care of you. The villas are simply the most paradise experience ever. Super clean and big and beautiful. Also very beautiful to do snorkeling in front of the resort, when the waters are calm. Breakfast and dinner here is super, but i do recommend to try the local warungs aswell for the perfect Lombok experience.

The private villa hotel room is very good, The room is big, nice decoration and pravicy. Location is beach side but unable to swim infront of resort. Staff is very Friendly and helpful sure to repeat again in future. Breakfast is nice at beach side
