L’hôtel est idéalement situé dans un endroit calme de Malte, sur la marina de Birgu et à 5 minutes à peine du ferry qui vous amène à Valette en 10 minutes. L’hôtel est calme, rénové avec soin en respectant l’architecture maltaise jusque dans les chambres, la cour est un endroit idéal pour se reposer et la terrasse sur le toit vous permet bain de soleil et détente avec une vue imprenable sur la marina et les édifices architecturaux typiques. L’accueil y est très soigné, le personnel de l’hôtel est au petits soins jour et nuit, le petit déjeuner est servi à la commande et tout est préparé à la minute ! Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et reposant, un grand merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel.

L'hôtel est situé dans un bâtiment ancien et a beaucoup de charme. La chambre est bien aménagée et propre. Les oreillers "cœur" font quand même un peu kitsch. L'accueil était excellent, personnalisé avec beaucoup de conseils. Le petit déjeuner est à la carte, bien. Deux bémols : problème d'électricité durant la nuit, impossible d'éteindre la lumière, j'ai dû basculer le disjoncteur manuellement. Défaut de jeunesse certes, mais j'aurais apprécié un geste après l'avoir signalé le matin. Impossible d’obscurcir la chambre car la porte de la salle de bains est opaque et laisse donc passer la lumière de la fenêtre de la salle de bains. Drôle de choix architectural.

Un grand merci à Maxime et à toute l'équipe. Accueil au top avec organisation des visites parfaites. Hôtel bien situé et chaleureux, agréable, chambre spacieuse. Petit-déjeuner à la carte servi à table. Hôtel cosy permettant un accueil personnalisé.

We are sat at the airport on our way home following a fabulous week at this hotel. The Palazzo Bettina is a beautiful boutique hotel in an excellent location with comfortable rooms, a magnificent roof terrace and an excellent breakfast. The best thing about our stay though was the staff who really looked after us and were professional, friendly and more than helpful. Thank you again for a fabulous stay, we were very sorry to leave.

We had a truly excellent stay at the Palazzo Bettina. We were very very impressed with the staff and service throughout the duration of our stay. The location of the hotel is perfect, you can pretty much get a taxi from the door within minutes and the 2-Euro gondola ferry to Valetta/ 3 cities is on the doorstep.The room was very comfortable with nice furniture and the mini-bar was well stocked. The hotel building is gorgeous and has been renovated to a high standard with a beautiful roof terrace pool area which has incredible views over the surrounding city-scape. The breakfast was cooked to order and also to a very high standard, very delicious. We were guilty of indulging on breakfast because it was so good! The staff were able to assist us with lots of questions and gave us advice about travelling around the island as well as good places to eat and drink. Would highly recommend.

We staied in Palazzo Bettina for several days. We really recommend it if you whant have luxury stay in so nice area. The experience was magnifisent! So nice view to beautiful surrounding marina. Location Birgu itself ise so nice area – the small old very nice streets – like a a fairy tale. Hotel building has restored architectural details – we really felt like we are gone century back. Hotel and our room was very clean and had nice siganture smell by scent therapy. Hotel interior was tasteful and well thought out. Service was so professional – we felt very expected and welcome all the time. Starting from glass of cold bubbly in check in and transfer from airport with excellent S class MB. Breakfast was also very very good – they make it personally for you, so you got it very fresh and it tased so good! Rooftop area was big surprise – jacuzzi had nice warm water to enjoy even in evening time and swimming pool had good salty cold water to cool us down when we took a sunbathe. The old church is so close to rooftop that we made so nice selfies with that view. When you walk out of hotel there is like 10m walk to have boats to ride to Valletta. We really thank all staff but especially Maxime who made our stay the best!

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Everything was perfect....the hotel room, the views, the staff, the location. The staff were sincerely really happy to go out of their way to ensure that guests enjoy their stay. Birgu is so beautiful and the perfect base to explore the Three Cities and Kalkara from.

A beautifully tasteful restoration of a palazzo into a very stylish, friendly and comfortable hotel. Location excellent on the edge of the marina in the heart of the historic Birgu area. Staff excellent, wonderful greeting and very helpful and attentive service. Rooms all individual keeping all the original features with a lovely pool and jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace. We enjoyed a lovely stay.
