Grand Millions Hotel Seogwipo

숙소 요청사항을 적었는데 세심하게 체크하시고 부끄럽지 않게 웃으며 반영해주시는데 감동받았습니다 여러번 갔지만 친절함은 최고인듯요 한라산뷰는 덤입니다^^

Breakfast was so-so. The room was clean but there was a particular smell when I entered the room. The smell wasn't repulsive, but it was there. The staff were friendly. The hotel is located in a residential area, so it was quiet.

Clean place. Location ok but not within walk distance for vood restaurants. The great thing is that they have free Netflix! But the room is very small 15 to 17sqm with no shower space. I even upgraded to the best room at the hotel after the firdt night with extra charge at 10K KRW to get the better and biggest room. It was still less than 20sqm with NO space for a shower. Becareful when you get up from a toilet seat. I bumped my head. head to the wall. The room is also quite warm and suffocating. Air-conditioning is centralised and couldn't cool the room with not enough ventilation. You have to turn the air-conditioning off if too warm for u and open the window. Opening the small window ill only help if there is steong breeze. It didn't help the first and the third night when there is no wind. and doesn't circulate well as there is not enough window space for a fresh air to circulate. There is no laundry facility. You have to walk 300m outside of the building. we moved out and booked the other hotel near by at the same price. We have now 29 sqm room with ocean view. Plenty space and a proper shower room except no Netflix (I should have check this) and better location. Plenty eating snd drinking places around and walk distance to Sea. Do your research. I made a mistake for the first 3 nights. My next 3 nights will be a lot better!

Small but good

올레시장 천지연 폭포등 관광지가 차로 10분거리에 위치해 있어서 위치로는 최적의 숙소입니다 프런트 직원분들도 친절하시고 숙소도 청결하게 관리되고 있었어요 아침마다 한라산뷰를 보는게 좋았습니다 다음에 또 서귀포에 온다면 다시 예약할 생각이 있습니다 추천드립니다

창문너머로 바로 한라산이 보이는 뷰였습니다 가격도 저렴하고 직원분들도 친절하셔서 이틀동안 부족함없이 잘지내다가 갑니다

제주시에 살면서 서귀포에 업무가 자주 있어 왔다갔다 피곤하다 보니 숙소 이용을 자주 하는데요 이 호텔도 몇번 이용 했습니다 외부 주차장이 불편한건 있었는데요 잠만 자다보니 크게 신경 안쓰기는 했습니다 그런데 이번 숙소 이용시 침대방에 없어서 한실 이용했는데 이불 및 베개 커버 묶여 있지도 않아서 이리저리 움직이구요 최악은 수건 이였습니다 웬만하면 후기 잘 안남기고, 남겨도 좋게좋게 하는데요 수건 상태를 보고나선 서귀포에서 수 없이 숙소 이용하면서 후기 처음 남기게 하네요 제가 집에서 쓰는 걸레도 이러지 않습니다 해지다 못해 실밥 다 튀어 나오고 수건 네장 중 두장에 이만한 구멍이 나 있네요 머리카락 비비다가 손가락이 들어가서 너무 짜쯩났습니다 한국 사람도 이렇게 기분이 안 좋은데 외국인이 수 없이 들어오는 제주에서 그것도 호텔에서의 청결 및 관리가 이 수준이면 이건 너무 아닌 것 같아서 글 남깁니다 수건 상태를 보고

건물내 주차장이 협소하긴 하지만 숙소 청결 상태와 다른게 좋아서 괜찮습니다.프론트 직원분 너무 친절해서 좋았어요~~

정말 다시는 가지 않을 호텔이고 기분이 나쁩니다.객실청소를 어떻게 하는지 바닥에 흰얼룩들 남아있고 침대 시특와 이불도 하루에 1번씩 교체해주지 않아서 연박하는 동안 굉장히 찝찝하고 온몸이 가려웠고 프론트에 시트와 이불 교체안되어서 교체해달라고 요청하였지만 청소 담당자분께서 오시더니 본호텔은 3일에 1번씩 시트와 이불 교체가 규정이라며 항의해도 바꿔주지 않습니다. 가격이 저렴한 이유가 세탁비와 청소비를 아껴서 그런 것 같고 저처럼 청결 중요시 여기시는 분은 절대 비추입니다. 주차장도 협소하여 언덕까지 오르락 내리락하며 공터왔다갔다 해야합니다.
