Avis : Shilla Stay Gangnam Yeoksam

C'était un endroit agréable où séjourner. J'y restais après l'opération. L'emplacement, le personnel, mais il était difficile d'avoir des oreillers supplémentaires et je ne pouvais pas mettre le chauffage sur la climatisation. De plus, je me suis réveillé avec quelques piqûres d'insectes. J'ai vraiment apprécié le buffet du petit-déjeuner. J'aurais aimé qu'il y ait un sauna ou un bain à remous... ou les deux.

Location is right outside a bus stop and is near a subway. Amenities are good and the receptionist is very helpful!

Some reception staffs are good, they can provide good services. The location is a bit far away from station. Needs to walk 10 to 15 mins to train station. Can call for taxi by reception. The room is good, they have sofa inside the room. Comfortable to stay inside the room. Going to airport from hotel is convenient, only opposite side. Airport to hotel also convenient

Breakfast is delicious. A bus stop is at the hotel entrance and proximity to transit stations.

The hotel needs a little bit of maintenance and update, but it is still a nice place with a good breakfast, a quite good bed and shower

The hotel was clean and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The room was tidy and well-kept, and I felt at ease throughout my time there. However, the area didn’t have many food options nearby, so meals required a bit of planning or travel. Overall, a pleasant stay if you’re looking for peace and quiet!

Hotel is really well located - quite close to Metro station, a lot of cafes and restos around as well as convenient stores. Room was tidy, wide choice & tasty breakfast. Nice gift at the reception, so all was super friendly and helpful.

Hotel cleanliness is up to expectation, staffs are friendly and supportive.

Towels are dirty and furnitures are old and dirty. Will not stay again.

Very international standards! All front desk staffs can speak proficient English, very easy to communicate. International hotel services with all amenities! Such as printers /laptops etc. at the lobby. Next time I would definitely choose to book again.

Excellent hotel, good sized rooms, and centrally located in Gangnam area. Has a 24x7 convenience store right behind.

Staff is super friendly, facilities and room was very clean. Mini bar came stocked with complimentary snacks, beer and water! Did not try the hotel restaurant. Would definitely come back and stay again.
