Just perfect. Staff work so hard to make sure you have a great stay, the food is great and the facilities are clean and modern. If you prefer a blissful boutique experience to an 'elbows at dawn 400 room bunfight at breakfast' tui Holiday, then Villa Real is the place to be in Camp de Mar. Muchas gracias, Villa Real. The hotel and staff are good value if only it wasn’t so loud, I was at the front of the hotel and a party below went on all night, even with ear plugs it was unbearable, it totally ruined my holiday, I thought because it was a monday there may be some let up, but no, luckily I had a room by myself as I was on a cycling holiday with friends, if i was with my family it would of ruined the whole holiday

Recently stayed here for the 3rd time in the last 5 years. Recently refurbished to a lovely standard, with some finishing touches still to be made. Lovely room for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children) with balcony to a sea view, lovely modern rain shower, kitchenette with fridge, hob and microwave. Comfortable beds, nice dining table, access to a TV (which we didn’t use) and a must in July, AIR CONDITIONING! Helen and the staff were lovely and helpful as usual, very accommodating with a fairly relaxed attitude. Nice pool area with a very warm, clean swimming pool and nice sun beds, parasols with a view k we the mountain backdrop. New restaurant and menu is lovely too. Some very minor recommendations to improve even more would be: 1) Cheaper/simpler pool bar snack menu 2) More mirrors required in room (one above dressing table and a full length one would be useful) 3) More wardrobes and/or chest of drawers for clothes in rooms that sleep 4 4) More shelving or a cabinet in shower room for toiletries 5) Washing airier/clothes horse for wet towels and swimwear on balcony (towels don’t look great hanging over balconies). We hope to come back next July - we love it at the Villa Real and the recent refurbishments have made it feel even more modern and comfortable. Thanks you Helen, Gabrielle and Team!

Have been using this hotel for lunch time drinks and snacks for many years, also of an evening for a relaxing “wind down drink”. Since visiting three times now during this stay, I am very sorry to say I will be going elsewhere. I think since lock down and the refurb(which looks fantastic) the owners have taken their eye off the ball. Good luck for the future.

If you are travelling on business or holiday, VILLA REAL offers the best accommodation in the heart of Madrid! Restaurants, sites museums are within walking distance which was fantastic! The personnel always polite and helpful, the breakfast impeccable, the rooms clean and spacious, we will definitely return!

Do not trust this hotel. Me and my friend had booked to stay in 3 days time, and they have cancelled and will not return any calls at all. We didn’t even get told by them at we couldn’t stay anymore. They’ve completely dropped us with no explanation, no email no nothing, it’s a good job we got in touch with bookings.com about the bad communication with this hotel, or we would have turned up and had no where to stay. Absolutely awful customer service and communication. Huge shame, as it looked like it use to get good reviews. Don’t trust this place. Your holiday is not safe with them.

Villa Real apar**ents are situated in a lovely resort and very close to the beach. The apar**ent was really clean and well maintained and a perfect size for 2 people. It was cleaned every day. Balcony overlooking the pool which I highly recommend. Gorgeous nice size pool with a bar. All in all was a wonderful place to visit and I highly recommend. The only thing I felt could be improved is having a couple more amenities in the apar**ent e.g. a clothes airer and an iron I would stay there again!

La struttura è bella e pulita, il personale dopo un primo approccio un po' freddo si è rivelato valido, sopratutto le cameriere ai piani, la piscina pulita anche se purtroppo aperta anche ai bambini che ( per colpa dei genitori ) facevano tuffi e schiamazzi, in breve una struttura vicino a farmacia, un medico, negozi vari tra cui alimentari e a 80 metri da una delle spiagge più belle di Camp de Mar. Cosa non mi è piaciuto... l hotel ha bisogno di manutenzione, la prima notte non abbiamo dormito a causa dell aria condizionata rotta nella nostra camera ma il giorno dopo ci è stata cambiata, nella nuova camera molto spaziosa e con un bel terrazzo nel tetto del bagno c era una chiazza di muffa ed il bagno cieco non aveva ventola di aspirazione, inoltre non ho capito perché credo intorno alle 14,00 non c è più la reception ma solamente un numero da chiamare per le emergenze però a parte queste cose il soggiorno è stato buono. Per gli amanti dell aria condizionata questa funziona solo dalle 20,00 alle 08,00 anche se la mattina la staccano prima, ultimo nessuno schampoo o sapone, sinceramente la prima volta che mi accade, ma sempre per rispetto della cronaca il personale ai piani ci ha dato una boccia di schampoo da usare. Lo consiglierei ? Se si accettano anche i piccoli difetti menzionati e non si pretende il lusso di un 5 stelle, si, considerato anche il prezzo non alto rispetto alle strutture circostanti.
