Menu a l’identique chaque jour. Enfin même si les prix sont attractifs cela ne vaut vraiment pas le coup!

place was kinda mid staff lift kept bringing me down to kitchen wasn't actually meant to be in it but like better than waiting on the actual lift. tbh idk what to say about that stuff they called food. maybe wudve been better if Kevin Campbell wasn't breathalysing us when we walked in and let us drink a few pints to make that hotel barrable and let us stay out of the rooms past 9. also girls n boys werent allowed to mix so i cudnt drop any game which was sh*t. craic was good all together but wouldve rather stayed at a 5 star resort.

The rooms were dirty and not cleaned properly, the food was terrible, and the drain on the first floor smelled so awful it smelled like sewage waste all the time. There were school kids running around the corridors, shouting and screaming and randomly knocking on people’s doors late at night and their teachers and the hotel staff were doing nothing about it. The only upside was that the staff were very nice. Would not recommend for a family trip but for a school trip it would be nice enough for a week.

Cold food that was intended to be served hot!! Dirty rooms that still had food on the floor from previous guests! Filthy mattresses !! Generally felt unhygienic. Many of us ill while staying here. 5 days we stayed for and 2 of those days were spent in bed with severe Diarrhoea and vomiting. DO NOT choose this hotel because the price is good….you will likely loose more money by missing time on the slopes due to illness ! Just an unpleasant experience sadly.

The food for a start was awful. The bed rooms were awful and mouldy bathrooms. I went down to reception to say my bed was broken before I even went to sleep and all they said was they ok and left me with a broken bed. I went with friends and the majority of us were badly sick to poor conditions. Smelt like pipes or drainage leak everywhere even in the ‘restaurant’. The wi-fi is paid for but does not let you connect and the ‘tv’ in the bedrooms have no signal. Would not recommend staying here.

Just awful if I am being honest. The only positive is that staff were friendly. Food was pretty much inedible. Eggs were green, flies were all over the food, no dessert. Rooms were basic with mould in the showers. I have to admit I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me.

I would consider myself to be a glass half full kind of person. Having read the reviews the day before departure (I was running a school ski trip with 50 students), the nauseating feeling that impending doom was upon us started to build. "What's the worst that can happen? It can't be that bad surely?". I went with an open mind. Well, for those who are about to stay at this hotel and who are reading this review....im sorry for you in advance. The hotel was dirty, we had door frames falling off the wall, ladders from bunks falling off, I had the lock of the bathroom door fall off in my hand...the decor is from the 1950s and hasn't been touched since the 1950s. The smell in the corridors was that of sewage/ bad drainage. The layout of the hotel doesn't lend itself in the slightest to managing school groups. Once up the first flight of stairs there is literally a spiral floor up to the top of the tower of terrors which kids just feel the need to run up and down screaming (they probably experienced bed mites in their sheets (this was the case for a fellow colleague who left with a rash down the side of his body). There is nothing to do for students during down time other than one air hockey table, but considering they have hundreds of children staying in the hotel, hardly counts. There were also 2 toilets (one male and one female on this entire floor). The food. I am not a fussy eater, but the food was horrific. We were given beige sausage and soggy peas, turkey and runny mash, the pasta was ok but the queue for the pasta was mammoth, bearing in mind students had an hour time slot in between ski lessons, it simply wasn't good enough. The fruit tasted like it was covered in pesticide so was undeniable, along with the eggs with the green yokes at breakfast and the quasants that were filled with complete air and were so dry you had do accompany each bit with a sip of water. Oh, I forgot...avoid the water. It gave quite a few members of our party the poops! The hotel staff had zero control over the children from the other schools and their systems (for example, purchasing a ticket from reception so that you can access drinks from the bar) are extremely outdated. I think they are banking on the fact that you will lose your ticket or your don't spend all of the money on the ticket as they will get to keep the money. Was there anything positive about this stay? mmm. I will say that our personal shower was a delight. As small as it was, the shower was indeed hot, which was a nice treat after a day on the slopes. Then bedding and towels were also changed daily and the hotel staff seemed pleasant enough. Would I ever stay here again. Definitely not!

Went with school for a school skiing trip. While it's a very convenient location being close to the slopes and the town, it shares it's boot room with its sister hotel. The food was very mediocre and not always the hottest, but still enjoyable. The rooms weren't the best and there wasn't a light in the shower and which was a bit moldy looking too. At night and it the evenings it's louder as you can hear children running around the corridors or coming back up from dinner. In the morning you can hear people going down to ski or down for breakfast too. I wouldn't recommend getting a room near the elevators or near the bottom. It's an alright hotel though as it provides the basic necessities but I'd recommend finding somewhere a bit nicer.
