The booking process was confusing from the start. Upon reserving, we were asked to join a WhatsApp group where we finally received the real address—turns out the location pin on the website is fake. The instructions provided for key collection and parking were poorly coordinated and quite unclear.
When I arrived at my room, I was surprised to find housekeeping staff still inside (see 1st picture). The room wasn’t fully cleaned yet, and after they left, the floor is smelly as hell due to the dampness from mopping. Although the smell improved once the floor dried, it was quite unpleasant at first.
I also had trouble with the washing machine (see 2nd picture). The assigned power socket didn’t work, so the housekeeping staff awkwardly moved the entire machine to use a different, inconvenient socket. Even then, the machine kept turning off repeatedly and I had to restart it manually several times.
The following day was even worse. The iron provided was a foreign plug type, and when I plugged it in, the entire unit’s electricity shut down. I had to reset the power manually and wait nearly an hour for a replacement iron, which never arrived. I later learned the housekeeper brought the iron to the wrong apartment and didn't bother to update us. I literally went for another MapleHouse apartment and ask for the other guest for another iron. When I eventually got to use the same model iron, the power shorted out a second time. Out of frustration and urgency, we ended up going out for laundry service as we had pressing matters to attend to.
Additionally, the toilet was smelly and not well maintained, and the water heater had a poor pressure.
Overall, my one-night stay here was filled with numerous inconveniences and issues—from poor maintenance and weak customer service to a complete lack of communication and low-quality amenities. I cannot recommend this provider based on my experience.
