Pleasant stay here for 1 night. We booked 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. Recommended to stay here with family members of 5-6. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you sunsuria management!

They ask you for instant deposit by cash transfer. But they take 6 weeks to refund you. They refuse to let you extend while trip com shows still available

I’m not quite happy with the condition of the room. First of all , the wifi isn’t working. For the price I paid , I don’t even get tissue. There’s no second mirror in the living area. As a basic courtesy , you don’t even provide simple coffee/tea sachet and tiny bottles of mineral water for your guests. Plus you tell me all the do’s and donts before I checked in and check out. I definitely don’t feel welcome here. I won’t recommend this place to others for sure. I felt cheated by the photos that’s posted on Trip.com. Totally different scene when I entered the room.

The accommodation is perfect and very suitable for me and my family. However, it doesn’t provide some basic necessities we expected, such as a toothbrush, a small sachet of coffee, and WiFi.
Our stay was nice, and the place was very clean. However, the WiFi didn’t work even with the given password. The TV also had no signal, so we couldn’t watch anything. Locking the Netflix profile is understandable, but for us, the TV felt more like a decorative accessory rather than a functional amenity. Additionally, the pass card was very difficult to tag on the machine. We had to reverse and re-wave the card multiple times, which took almost 3–5 minutes and was quite frustrating. We're not sure if the issue was with the machine or the card itself.

The place is rather confusing. The online communication is not good either. I declined the stay that day due to exhaustion of finding entrance n the postbox to collect the key.
