1st time check in hotel ni..anak suka sebab ada water slide..bilik ok..breakfast tak banyak sangat choice tapi still acceptable..kudos to all staff really friendly

Reception and other hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Was being told that my room was being upgrade to Executive Club room which bring my family a lot of surprise and joyfulness. Room was spacious and bathtub was superb. Swimming pool is fantastic, my daughter love it very much. Buffet breakfast was good but still has room to improve. Overall i would recommend to have a short staycation here.

Everything was good. The breakfast was good 👍 The pool is a bit deep 1.5m for adults.

Good breakfast and clean room. The view from window was a golf course. Good scenery. If the hotel provide bath robe will be very nice

Great hospitality. From bellman, front desk staff to cafe staff all were friendly. We are having our good time here. Its just the place is away from the centre. Overall i might say its a good place to stay. Thanks

It was a great stay for my family, the room was clean, firm bed, nice breakfast buffet spread but refill was slow. Booked 3 rooms, check in took a bit long while waiting the room to be ready, but the front desk staff went extra mile to make sure all the rooms were ready. Check out was smooth. All the staff were accommodating & welcoming us. The pool is huge n great. Will recommend to other & come again.

The hotel is really clean and luxury styled. We liked it very much. No complains. Very near to Sunway Pyramid too.

The rooms was well decorated and clean. Seems newly renovated which was good. Only complaint was that the aircon system is not up to standard. It keeps hovering at 23c and it only managed to go down to 20c in the morning after one night of working. It was very uncomfortable and stuffy sleeping in the room. Cafe restaurant aircon was much colder. It was disappointing. I will hesitate to stay there again. Water pressure for shower was good.

You will be welcomed with nice mango cocktail drink. The environment is cosy, newly revamp room & lounge settings . It's comfortable however could be better because I found out rooms are not that clean upon check in. Wifi is good too as my room is located at far end. Look forward to be back soon
