The hotel is conveniently located near PVG and has a free shuttle bus to the airport which must be booked the day prior. When we stayed at the hotel, the morning airport shuttle schedule was 5am, 8am, and 10am. Be sure to check with the hotel as these times seemed to be at the hotel's whim, and might vary. Although this hotel is listed with a 2023 opening date, there is mold in the bathroom and the rooms are obviously not thoroughly cleaned. Similar to other guests, i found hair and stains on the table and proceeded to wipe all the table tops myself. If you need to transit out of PVG early morning and simply need a comfortable bed and pillow, this inexpensive option meets those needs.

No hot water in the morning. Asked front desk why, they said you have to run the hot water for 10 min before it comes. Also couldn’t get the heater to work on the crazy difficult thermometer, with no English and no Chinese just a bunch of symbols. Mind you, it’s 0degC outside. It’s a large and new hotel, but the best thing going for it is the free airport transfer.

Excellent hotel near Shanghai disneyland! Big rooms, excellent cleanliness and friendly staff. Free shuttle to disneyland provided by the hotel. Stay here when going to Shanghai disneyland!

退房至今已有一個星期，説一下整體感受吧: 1.地巾:就説沒有要求全新，但都已經破到這種程度了還不換一個給客人嗎？作為服務業用這種地巾給客人不知是大忌嗎 2.衞生紙:可以對比入住時間，保證是入住原始狀態，左邊這個像是有人用過的，右側那個是封口的，左邊那個就是這個狀態的，不説對比星級酒店，就算是快捷酒店也應該是封口的吧； 3.礦泉水:寫字枱有兩瓶水，有一瓶的蓋子是被人擰開的，我還放在那裡了，另一瓶放在床頭但另一瓶沒有開封，但寫字枱那瓶開封的是怎麼回事； 4.毛巾和浴巾:這個沒法拍出來，有一股異味很難聞，可以去了解一下，味道很刺鼻，不知是不是消毒水，但非常刺鼻；最後一個，離店後客服追要好評，我第一時間向客服反饋了問題，客服説會向領導反饋給予答覆，就這麼等了一個星期，至今沒有得到任何回覆，那就給平台回覆吧。

房間很大，因為我們有三個人，所以訂了一間複式房，性價比非常的高，還有早餐，可以免費機場接送，前台服務態度也挺好的，就是位置有一點點的偏，離地鐵有一點點的遠，但是離機場挺近的

很多次入住了，性價比很高。周圍吃飯的地方很多，智能化程度高，乾淨衞生，房間無異味。接送都是免費的，以後到上海岀差還是會再次入住。

性價比極高，和四五星的酒店條件是不能比。但現場的狀況超出我的預期。前台很熱情，當天也協調幫忙安排了接送機，酒店還有迪士尼接送。在周圍的話是非常建議預訂的

衞生：乾淨環境：公交車很多，交通便利服務：前台服務態度好，幫忙主動升級了房間設施：安排了離電梯很近的房間，很早被走廊上出行的旅客大聲説話聲音吵醒，然後就一直能聽見電梯咔噠 →下行→咚的聲音，折磨的我無法入睡，非常困，今天回來補了十三個小時的覺。。建議好好整改一下電梯，對旅客的影響很大

酒店還不錯，不過距離地鐵有點距離，地鐵下來打個車起步價可以到。前台服務還不錯，還幫忙打印，在這裏也特別感謝。特別要提一下的是接送的事情，要提前預約，臨時定的沒有接，約的是送。哪天約的12點鐘送，司機提前20分到的，然後一直電話催，哪天接了個電話耽誤了一下，趕在12點下來的，一問車子走了，我説不是12點嗎？前台説現在01分了，剛好跳錶，非常有時間觀念。前台説因為司機等了20分鐘了，也就是他提前30分鐘了，都算等我30分鐘唄。怪我自己沒有提前，我能説啥。
