L'emplacement est très utile si c'est le cas !! C'est dans le district de Jing'an, mais ce n'est pas un endroit familier aux étrangers. Nulle part près du temple Jing'an.
Rien autour d'elle n'extrait d'autres logements en copropriété privée. Le service n'était pas non plus le niveau d'un Novotel international.
Il s’agit essentiellement d’un hôtel chinois local rénové, rénové et signé une licence avec Novotel pour utiliser sa marque.
Le personnel de la réception était froid et pas accueillant ni serviable. Dans l'ensemble, je ne reviendrais pas ici. Beaucoup d'autres meilleurs choix.

The room facilities were average. On our return trip to shanghai the toilet bowl didn't work on the first night. We had to change room and that means lugging our bags and stuff. Luckily the housekeeping staff helped us the two seniors to carry our luggage.
The front reception staff were great especially Ms Tong and others. Ms Tong was such a sweet, friendly and helpful lady.She spoke English and helped us greatly in communicating with her. She translated the places of interest on my printed sheets into Mandarin plus wrote in the addresses of all the places of interest in Mandarin. Then she called a taxi for us and walked us out to tell the taxi guy the place of interest we wanted to go. Ms Tong/ Ms Tang (If I spell her name correctly) did that for first two days we were in shanghai and after we came back after a 8-day trip we got her to help us when we stayed for another 2 days. She personally came to help us with our TV setup in our room on the first night of arrival as we seniors are techno dinosaur. I could visit the famous Fabric market in Shanghai after she googled in Chinese the location. I was so happy. She made our stay in Novotel shanghai a welcoming one inspite of the toilet mishap.
The location is OK but I like that Starbucks is just next door to the hotel where I can get my coffee every morning. There is KFC next door too. Plus there is a nice noodle shop that opens 24 hours across the road from the hotel.

Great location, pretty central in Puxi, train station is just 5mins away and you're 2 stops away from the central of everywhere.

We loved this Hotel. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful front office staffs. Housekeeping were done every morning, tidy and clean room. All the essentials that we have expected from a Novotel room were present. Very good location with the Shanghai Metro Line 2 Zhongshan station located within a short walk away. Just 2-3 subway stations away from downtown People's square /Nanjing pedestrian road.
Free of charge self laundry facility is provided in the basement floor. KFC, Starbucks 24hour stores and other local eateries are conveniently available within a short walk. Highly recommend this hotel.

fantastic location, away from the main thoroughfare but still accessible to Pudong side without the normal jam.
Also easily accessible to Hongqiao.
Food are readily available too, fantastic location, will come back and stay again.

Have a pleasant stay / experience at Novetel Jingan. The front desk staff 小许 assist with the app her service was above and beyond. My family and I have a wonderful stay.
