I stayed at Orange Hotel with my sister and we had a great experience. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, very clean, and the surrounding area is peaceful and relaxing. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke some English, which made things much easier as a foreigner. Highly recommended for a comfortable and stylish stay!

Excellent hotel. Staff was very helpful and room service was really good. But i dont understand why they never wash used coffee mugs. Breakfast was ok. Very near to shanghai exhibition center.

The room is not so small, but cozy. But the window was facing not to the wall, the window of another room and between there was only few fake plants. But you can see what’s happening in another room anyway. This I really didn’t like. If you want to book a room you better choose another one with the windows.

和朋友出行，本來訂了格美（出了點問題），攜程助理姐姐幫我們協調換了桔子，各方面感覺出乎意料的好。是我住過最大的房間，有專門梳粧台區 前台小姐姐也特別熱情。唯一不足：房間太多彎彎繞繞，每次回房間像走迷宮 設施：齊全 衞生：乾淨 環境：怡人 早飯也還可以，有現煮小餛飩 總之，愛了愛了

入住那天的前台服務很好，入住體驗很棒，入住指引很貼心，知道我有洗衣需求也幫我安排到了洗衣房所在樓層，就是洗衣體驗不是很好，洗衣房基本無人管理，洗衣機臟污也不清掃，缺的洗衣液什麼的我從晚上住到下午就沒見有人補過，我洗完的衣服烘乾完一股腥臭味，下面的話不針對酒店，誰要再遇到****記得吐一口再走，我在酒店洗衣服遇到一家子，女的去烘衣服，衣服在烘乾機太裡邊，一直喊thisthis讓我幫她拿一下，給丫拿出來別説謝謝了，連個笑臉都沒轉臉就走，****當慣了屬於是，希望看到我這條評論的下次遇到****給予除了支持以外的一切幫助，太噁心人了😅
