Great place to stay. This is an apartment so lots of space with very comfortable sofas. The apartment was clean. The bathroom has a very powerful heat lamp.
It is in a great location with metro downstairs and short walk to the bund. Lovely area along the creek to walk on a sunny day. The beds were very comfortable.
There are lots of food options close by for snacks and a clothes mall across the road.
The apartment has a washing machine.
Just be aware, the owner needs to contact you via wechat to give you checking in instructions. Also if you are a foreigner you will need to register yourself with the police.
I would stay here again and highly recommend.

This apartment allows dogs and the facilities are well furnished. Toothbrushes, towels etc. you can even cook in this apartment and the Aircon is warm , good for this cold weather.

Unclean entrance to the building. Room is old and small. Did not look like the pictures show. Owner is very helpful and kind but the amenities are quite limited. The room needs more maintenance.

距離地鐵特別近，很好找，房子位置很好，密碼鎖很方便，小區安全，外灘，和平路，步行即可，外賣給送到樓上，很方便，房東熱情，值得推薦，備有一次性牙刷，洗漱，洗手液，洗衣液，洗手液都有。

地理位置不錯，去南京路步行街1站地鐵，去城隍廟2站，去外灘走着去就900米吧，這個樓叫濱河大樓，曾經四行倉庫的戰士還在這個樓安寨過，説遠了，總之還行，為啥衞生打4分呢，這個枕頭可能天氣原因有點潮黴味兒，被沒有味道，我來的時候確實看見房嫂阿姨再換新，600塊錢中規中矩吧，畢竟地理位置不錯

整體CP值還行，畢竟這價格確實沒什麼好挑剔，但有些可以改進，給些建議。
*灰塵有些多，過敏者可能會經常打噴嚏，建議可以清潔一下。
*標註可睡四人，但棉被衹有兩條，不太方便，建議可以放兩條備用。
*浴室有些滑，建議穿拖鞋進出。
*浴巾有點破舊，可以換新

房東態度和善回話很快。房子位置很好就在地鐵站旁邊，離南京路步行街和外灘步行15分鐘左右足夠，樓下就是蘇州河。房間在九樓採光很好也很安靜，佈置簡潔清新，兩張大床很寬敞，有冰箱洗衣機微波爐電飯煲還有簡單廚具，家庭出行最好的選擇。
