Hanting Hotel (Shanghai New International Expo Center Fang Dian Road)

La grande chambre à coucher fait 1,8 mètre de large, mais elle ne fait en réalité que 1,5 mètre ! ! ! ! Deux adultes et un enfant ne dorment pas bien. Le lit est coincé dans le coin et haut, l'intérieur ne bouge pas, et l'extérieur a peur de tomber et dort très fatigué. A part l'hygiène et la propreté, c'est tout. 1. L'espace est trop petit, et le confort est fortement réduit ! Surtout le lit, petit affecte la qualité du sommeil, il n'est pas recommandé de rester en voyage. 2. La cuisine est juste devant la fenêtre et c'est bruyant. 3. Le point précédent a également rendu l'air stagnant et étouffant. 4. L'attitude de la réception est très mauvaise. Je ne suis pas revenu quand je suis sorti. Appeler pour nous exhorter à vérifier est compréhensible. Nous avons dit que nous reviendrons bientôt. S'il y a un embouteillage, il peut y avoir quelques minutes de retard. Après un tel manque d'argent, votre logement part à 12h, et les autres logements qui partent tard à 14h ne sont pas aussi mauvais que le vôtre ! Les bagages étaient déjà emballés, et quand il était temps de les emporter à 11h52, vérifiez. Au moment du départ, si la réception a dit plus que ce que je voulais payer, vous devriez vous plaindre auprès d'elle ! Quoi, l'argent que nous devons dépenser confortablement, avec cette attitude, ne vivra plus !

Good of location, facility, cleanliness, service and breakfast.

If you looking for front desk customer service, don’t bother especially if you are a foreigner. Never seen such sour faces on people working with customers on a daily bases. I asked one of the ladies if there is a laundry facility. She shouted NO NO NO. The following day I found out there was- it’s free and they provide the detergent. Oh my goodness I could go on and on. If you spend a lot time with outdoors more than in your room then I guess it’s okay.

There is limited signs, most things closed due to Covid. The window is in Alley way, lot of water dripping and people working there and room filled with mosquito everywhere

Room was small but service was great. Staff very helpful. Location is great for new Pudong area. Very close to subway

The hotel is conveniently located to the metro station and various shops and restaurants. The rooms are modern and clean with water TV aircon and toiletries provided. There is sometimes some noise from other rooms and from the outside.

非常不錯的酒店，房間面積不算大但loft式的結構挺有意思的，而且價格很不錯，前台態度很友好，房間乾淨，沒有煙味或者異味什麼的，一樓廚房有微波爐可以用，酒店外的停車場夠大，停車真的非常方便，好評～～

房間很滿意，離地鐵口很近走五分鐘就到，也能延遲退房，設施很完善每天打掃也很乾凈放心，整體非常不錯！！

滿意，離地鐵衹有500米左右很方便！家庭房很大，去哪裡都方便！床很好睡，很適合我腰一般的人睡覺！還能聽到鳥叫聲，非常安靜！服務也很好
