This hotel is very close to the airport, which is great if you need to rest soon after a long flight. The rooms, however, are old and the aircon and hot water did not work in the room I got (after arguing with the front desk that she gave me the wrong room). Everyone was super helpful though and she offered me my choice of 5 different other rooms + trip.com really went above and beyond to help me.

Hotel worked out fine with me. It looked like the bath was supposed to have a bubble function, but I was unable to figure it out.
Sadly, since it was winter, the air-conditioning didn't blow cold air, so my room was warmer that I like (but would be comfortable for people that want their room above 20°.
Close to a shopping center.
The worst part was the electricity turns off when you leave. I know most hotels do this. But, unlike most hotels, the refrigerator also turns off when you leave. So if you have anything that can spoil or you want cold... And you have to leave for the day... When you come back, it's warm. I hope they can find a way to remedy this issue. It's the one thing that would prevent me from staying again.

第一間房是在六樓，然後是陽光房，就是比較曬的頂樓比較熱，開了空調發現空調是壞的，然後前台安排人上來看一下，發現沒辦法維修，就給我們換了個房間在三樓。
p2就是新換的房間裏面的浴缸，上一位用的那種浴缸薄膜貼沒有清除乾淨，反正挺不衞生的，
最關鍵的一點就是我們住了兩天，然後退房的時候有一些洗面奶，刮鬍刀，其中防曬霜髮膠還是新的才剛拆封。在洗手枱忘記拿。
當天晚上在烏鎮打電話給前台，想説能不能叫順豐給我們寄過來，前台説退房阿姨沒有看到，我估計她是給我們扔了，但是其實那個位置是一整袋紅色袋子，反正很顯眼，如果打掃衞生的話是能夠判斷得出來那些東西是有用的，不應該會扔掉。畢竟很多都是新的。
但是阿姨就是一口咬定沒有看到我們的東西。。。………

服務員在辦理入住時明顯誤導客人，擅自更換了原先定好的房型，將有嚴重設計缺陷的6層所謂“陽光房”房間調換給我，涉嫌欺詐消費者。並且反映問題之後解決態度惡劣。半夜下雨屋頂流水聲噪聲極大，完全無法入睡，不是我矯情，有錄音視頻。這些事實酒店的工作人員也確認屬實。我的要求是退還我的住宿費，其它不再追究，店長的態度是，承認所有事實屬實，但472元費用衹能退還200元。我無法接受。遭罪還耽誤第二天工作。走全部維權途徑。維權到底。
