Superbe chambre. Personnel formidable. Du lait chaud gratuit tous les soirs et le transfert aéroport sont gratuits. Ils ont également organisé un banquet pour 150 RMB. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel ! L'hôtel est à 10-15 minutes à pied de la vieille ville et à 10 minutes de l'aéroport.

It was our first time staying here, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations. The concierge receptionist was exceptionally polite and helpful. She personally brought us to our room, introduced the various amenities, and patiently explained how to use them — including a standalone humidifier and an oxygen supply machine, which were thoughtful touches considering the high altitude. She also shared useful tips on how to adjust to the altitude and even helped us refine our travel plans. Overall, the warm hospitality and attention to detail made our stay feel very welcoming and memorable.

Good services provided by 民宿. They are really friendly and helpful. 10mins away from 杜克拉宗古城. Room is exactly same as Photos shown in trips.😄 牦牛热奶provided every night is tasty.

I recently stayed at Luming Hotel and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and made the check-in process smooth and easy. As a pleasant surprise, I was given a free room upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.It truly made me feel at home. The hotel's location was also convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, the service was top-notch, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. A very cosy & comfortable stay, with very convenient location - walking distance to the Old Town, restaurants & convenient stores The front desk are very kind, friendly, patient & helpful, special thanks to 小许 who helped us to book the taxi & ordered food online as we don’t have a local China mobile number. The complementary good night milk tastes good. The garden is a great place to relax & unwind 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

One of the best hotels I'd stayed. Every thing was clean n AI efficient. Air purifier, welcome drink , oxygenator was all provided. Toiletries all provided and sealed with plastic bag.felt wvvvv awe n pleased with the service

The hotel was great, the hospitality given was great, and they'll answer every question you have. I was served with a welcoming drink. A Chinese herb drink and with a kind of yogurt in the night. The room was equipped with smart room control with voice activation. Need to use Google translate voice to turn on/off lights, curtains, air conditioning, and so on. The towel however was a very thin piece of towel, better bring your own.

It was an amazing stay for me and my family. All the staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful in responding to our requests and queries. The room was also very high tech and clean. We were quite impressed with the projector as well as the AI housekeeper. It was one of the best stays that we had in Yunnan. Thank you for all your help these few days.

Very comfortable, clean , and hospitality host. The room provides smart facilities such as humidifier, oxygen suppliers, welcome deserts and good night milk. We love this hotel very much.

The hotel host was very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and had smart features, which made everything easy to control. They gave us free oxygen and even upgraded our room for free because we arrived early and our original room wasn't ready. It's just a 1 km walk to the ancient town and close to a halal restaurant, so no need to worry about food. Definitely will repeat again!

The best hotel!! The room was very clean. There are heater and oxygen generater. There are much facilities we want. The hotel staff cannot seak english but very kind and helpful. There are 3 cats which is ver cute. We will come back again and stay here.

Tip top cleanliness! Highly recommended. The staff are very friendly & helpful, reminding us to wear more due to the weather and arrange transport to shuttle us to railway station. Definitely will come back again!

We booked 2 rooms with 1 nite stay. Location 15 mins walk to ancient city. Room amenities is modern and clean. Thumbs up for the shower. Bed is comfy and bright lighting which can be adjustable. Oxygen provided in the room is a plus point. Late check out available. Staff was helpful to carry our luggage to room and check out time.
