Avis : Lai Sang Zhuokang Inn

Le propriétaire de l'hôtel est aimable, sympathique et serviable. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité des principales attractions de la vieille ville. Ma compagne a souffert du mal des montagnes lors de notre séjour et elle a veillé à ce que nous soyons bien pris en charge. Je reviendrais volontiers à cet hôtel.

Merci pour votre réponse rapide à notre demande et pour le service chaleureux que vous nous avez offert pour nous accueillir et nous déposer à l'entrée de la ville. Nous nous sommes enregistrés tôt et avons été servis avec le petit-déjeuner en attendant que la chambre soit prête.

Bon emplacement, chambre et vue. Cependant, un ami du propriétaire est venu nous chercher, ignorant où nous allions, et nous a fait traîner notre valise sur les pavés. À notre arrivée, il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude et l'hôtel nous a annoncé que le problème ne serait pas résolu avant le lendemain. Nous avons dû interrompre notre séjour, mais le propriétaire, réactif sur WeChat et flexible compte tenu de la situation, nous a remboursé la deuxième nuit.

It was a memorable NYE for me, had some drinks and chitchat with the other guests/staff by the fireplace, could see the fireworks and the view of Shangri-La old town from the 2nd floor. 阿英 was kind enough to upgrade me to the bigger room, provided an external heater as the floor heater would take some time, and sent our luggage to 北门. I wouldn’t mind climbing up some stairs but may not be ideal for some other people. Overall, I do love this place, it gave me the vibe of the mysterious Shangri-La.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, clean apartment and comfortable bed. View from the room is top (see picture). Be aware the toilet has no door, which is typical/ original style in this area, but you need to know.

We arrived in Shangri-la late at night. The owner of the hotel told us to go to a certain location so they could go pick us up, we were not charged for this service. They were very kind to us, especially to me since I had a hard time adjusting to the altitude and they told us what to do to alleviate my altitude sickness issues. The rooms are very spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The atmosphere of the place gives you a feeling you’re immersed in the local culture. The view from the top rooms are breathtaking, you can have an overview of the town and the main temple. Just beware that in order to have this view, you need to climb a lot of stairs, and at this altitude, climbing stairs can be a daunting challenge, but totally worthwhile. I highly recommend this place.

It was a great location with a nice view and a very cute dog. But the room was cold and loud with thin walls. The courtyard was used for the dog and because they never seemed to walk it, it would pee and poop in there, which generated a bad smell. The bed was rock hard (although the reception tried to help us with an extra layer) and the room was not cleaned once while we stayed for a few days. I don’t think the price matches.

We rented the queen room with balcony for the view to the temple. The view is probably the best in Shangri-La, but the walk to the Inn is a little exhausting due to the altitude or your condition:) The room is typical local style, nice and spacious and there is plenty of warm water for the shower. There isn’t much hangers for clothes and the shower/toilet has no door to separate from the living area, only a curtain The bed is nice with comfortable quilt If you need daily cleaning you better remind the staff - otherwise they won’t do it

必須誇誇這家香格里拉民宿！一進公共區域就被温暖氛圍拿捏，原木結構超有質感，陽光透過大窗灑進來，愜意得想賴一下午～房間是古樸又温馨的調調，木質床鋪很有特色，住着踏實又舒服。最驚喜是露台，坐着就能俯瞰小鎮風光，遠山、村落盡收眼底，像把香格里拉的美都裝進來啦！服務也貼心，體驗感拉滿，下次來還住這兒～兩位老闆人非常好，民宿位置比較高，會幫忙拎行李，還會接送到高鐵站

這個房間在屋裡直接就能看到轉經筒，而且房間更大，第一晚沒定上，第二晚住這個，房間很滿意，店家服務態度很好，可以幫送到城門口，當然想看到好的景觀，就要付出一些代價，那就是要爬一些樓梯，民宿位置是很高的，房間很寬敞，價格比較適合。

一家人來旅行，想找藏式的民宿 本來看到差評還有點擔心 ，但是看到美景還是選擇了這家 和房東聊天才知道他們7月才從接手這家民宿 ，兩個藏族小年輕，很熱情 才到那天下大雨 拿着傘在後山停車場接我們 一趟一趟幫我們搬行李👍 設施：有暖氣和氧氣 衞生：打一百分 雖然是木質結構但是沒有木有難聞的味道 老藏房值得選擇 環境：一定要住觀景房 二樓值得打卡 服務：老闆很熱情❤️🔥 已經給朋友推薦了這家民宿👍
