Me and my family stayed here for 2 nights. This hotel is the most elegant in our trip. Location is in the heart of old town. Facilities are beyond you imagine. My brother got high attitude sickness the day we arrived we asked Miss fan ( front desk girl who can speak English) for help. The hotel team help everything ex o2 tube for breath , ginger tea and extra blankets. So he can finally slept. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We also asked hotel to provide us the day trip around. Oh plus hotel has the pick up service for free. And during the say trip, they pack drink and snack box for all of us. Thats helps a lot. And the most importance things is the scenery in this hotel you can feel the Chinese culture in every detail. This hotel is 10 out of 10.

From arrival till checkout all the needs has been taken care of and exceeded our expectation.....my friend was not well during the stay and the team has given required medication and oxygen to help recover quickly....Thumbs up service for the passing-cloud resort shangrila team...

Excellent hotel with first class services. Room was big and very clean. The staff was very helpful and told us about the history of the hotel and the old town. We love the welcome ceremony and the welcome snacks!

Once again, I chose Passing-cloud Resort with my wife in the heavenly Shangri-la. It was an antique architecture with the modern and beautiful design in the room, provided with the high quality of bed linen, blankets and towels. They provided high level of professional services, to include: welcoming us upon our arrival, switching on the heater in our room before our arrival (that's demonstrated that they're so caring), introducing us their incredible rooftop, with spectacular views, providing us the travel guides, assisting the car rental to Yuneng, etc. 非常感谢大主管小樊及每一位香格里拉泊心云舍·稿公府的员工。感激你们仿如家人无微不致的照顾我们。

The staff was very helpfull, they co ordinated with our driver a pick up from the near parking lot, as the hotel is inside the old city. The room is very spacious and full of character and yet has all modern amenities. Location is superb.

帶孩子去雲南旅遊第一站香格里拉，住的第一個酒店就是泊心，住店時看到酒店大堂的宣傳片才知道在三清山，梅州，大理，麗江都有泊心，設計師每家店都結合了當地風格，感覺服務實在太好，以至於把後面去麗江和大理的住宿都改到泊心雲舍，因為放心，安心，貼心。環境見圖，是獨克宗古城最好的，天台可俯瞰古城並望見最大的轉經筒，藍藍的天空映着金燦燦的轉經筒，真是心靈凈化融化的感覺。服務用心，這裏的人非常樸實，反應又快，提前安排了卓瑪師付接機，晚上小孩高反後送了氧氣瓶，房間裏還有散氧設備，兩個帥哥還來調試了吸氧模式。飲食方面，一到酒店就喝上了熱乎乎酥油茶，建立了管家羣，7個管家24小時服務。早歺如圖，每天提前點好，花樣繁多。還有最讓人放心的是用品，竹纖維浴巾，拖鞋，桃木梳是全新可以帶走的，非常貼心。寫不下了，等有空追評

因為時間不夠所以衹住了一個晚上，兩百多年的老房子地板踩着有嘎吱的聲兒完全可以接受…並且所用的床品和屋內的設備老公説是所有在雲南入住的酒店裡最最最佳的一間，對於純衹接受和喜歡現代感的他來講是非常非常給力的評價…民宿就在獨克宗古城裡麪，往外看就是各種形形色色的小街，過去轉經筒也就十分鐘內的步行距離，還有唐卡體驗…一入就給我們戴了哈達…各種細節服務整體就讓人非常舒服…

五星好評實至名歸！服務周到細緻，始終輕聲細語，讓人賓至如歸。設施一流，提供彌散式供養，房間佈置也處處體現着高端與細緻。床品非常舒適，管家式服務響應非常及時，為我們推薦附近的餐廳非常有特色。早餐豐富多樣，還幫我做個薑糖水。總之，這裡是一次完美的入住體驗，強烈推薦給追求品質生活的朋友們！

這麼多年我住過的唯一一家實地比照片還美的民宿。夜晚巨巨巨好看！！從裡到外從上到下四維空間的好看！就連官方照片都拍不出那個效果！！我們是淡季來的，從頭一天民宿就給我們安排了接站服務，也幫我們把行李搬到了樓上房間，每天的服務和回覆都非常及時。早餐也都吃得很好，還有機會品嚐當地特色，避免了出去花錢踩雷（餌絲和蒸餃都超級好吃，每天恨不得狂炫兩份才出門）。當地氣候是有點乾的，房間里加濕器供氧氣機都有，住的很舒服，這個價位絕對值得。可惜這次時間比較趕，下次還會再來。

非常棒的特色高檔酒店！不管是位置、環境、設計，文化特色、衞生、設施還是服務都是無可挑剔！來香格里拉，衹要預算能接受，一定要住這個酒店！唯一美中不足的是酒店的背景音樂。畢竟是特色酒店，希望進入酒店或房間的背景音樂，能夠配合酒店的濃郁文化氛圍，不要播放俗套的土嗨歌曲，否則整個酒店的檔次品質都被拉低，太不值了。這個很好改善，相信他們會馬上調整，所以不影響我強烈推薦！

酒店位於古城內，非常方便。 酒店是有專業管家服務，店員會提前安排車由火車站接送，到店時，職員也會安排拉行李，因為車是進不了古城內。由於早了一點到店，大管家樊女士己為我們準備好小吃，並介紹酒店歷史及古城景點 酒店內房間清潔度很好，空間夠大，有房內氧氣，有高反的朋友不用擔心 感受一下這歷史感滿滿的幾百年的土司樓吧
