Check in process was easy. Was able to check in at 1am. Room was clean and spacious, lots of charging ports around which was very convenient for me. Breakfast wasn’t the best but was ok. Only bad thing was the smoke smell in the room was a bit strong. But overall good value. Would stay here again if I come back.

It is clean and tidy, the location is excellent, and suits the purpose of my visit, for the price, it provides breakfast and free washing machine & dryer services is definitely a plus point. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will not hesitate to recommend others to stay there.

暑期出遊選擇這裏，酒店位於市政府對面，位置特別好，有停車場，開車去小公園，海邊也很近，周邊小吃很多。暑期入住體驗很好，價格便宜，性價比超高，前台客房服務很細緻，衞生打掃乾淨，酒店3樓有一個很大的小童樂園，即使不出門也可以帶孩子玩一天。入住當天廣場有英歌舞演出，第一次看很震撼，如果想看英歌舞演出住這裏準沒錯，下次還來

這是我住過最差的漢庭酒店，酒店圖片完全不符實際環境，可以説是欺騙消費者的，嚴重拉低連鎖酒店的標準要求！
首先説説入住前體驗，電話想和前台溝通酒店停車問題，但前台態度非常不耐煩地要求先辦理入住登記才可告知停車地點（酒店位於警察局對面且大馬路完全沒有可停車範圍，一而再再而三告知前台當時情況，但前台一口咬定要入店先ji辦理入住登記）真心很無奈獨自下車辦理，入店後，依舊態度不耐煩地推銷價格進行房間升級，當時我以為自己聽錯了，再次問她什麼意思，她就開始解析套房就是有沙發有台，空間比較大….我看見她這樣説，我就拒絕了（因為當時訂兩間房，其中一間是親子套房，心想已經有一間了，就不用兩間一樣了….怎知拿鎖匙上房一看，完全和圖片提供的房型不一樣，可以講就是普通雙床房，當時捻住落前台問清楚原因，前台各種忽悠，後來越捻越不滿，就投訴攜程客服那裡了，看見我投訴後，第一次有工作人員上門想我取消投訴，我拒絕了她們…後來又她們經理上來和我協商，最後我接受了她們華住會金卡結束了上門的“溝通”…..
其次説説酒店設施和環境，其實酒店地理位置不錯的，旁邊有麥當勞、屈臣氏之類商鋪，但停車場位置不好，在街巷，旁邊亂停亂放現象比較多，又施工問題，很大塵，很容易塞車….至於酒店內部，顯示是23年開業，但內部環境設施比較舊，隔音差，而且沒有分吸煙和非吸煙樓層，我們訂的兩間房間，一間晚上偶爾會聽到有聲音傳出，一間一開門一股煙油味道，好似網吧一樣！就算再三清理噴空氣清新劑，味道依舊偶爾滲出來，鼻敏感表示非常痛苦的…..至於安全問題，任由外賣人員出入，走道除處垃圾，煙味蔓延…..最後説説早餐，我個人是沒有去食的，因為看見前面的問題，就明白管理是有問題的，但屋企人去食了，果然，出品不好都算，衹有一兩張台再用餐，其餘放滿食剩的餐碟再台上，叫工作人員清理，就是各種推搪，明明站着發呆，就是不理….哈哈哈，真不理解為何可以評價如此高分的？分享這麼大段説話，純粹不想下個住客明明開開心心旅行，有這麼不好體驗感！

座標潮汕美食，為了潮汕的美食，去不同的地方，看不同的風景，這也是我住過一家最好的漢庭酒店，位置繁華，地段好，交通方便，周邊的東山公園夜景很美，熱鬧，酒店三樓還是個遊樂場，房間的客房乾淨整潔，特別好，前台服務好的沒話説，熱情接待，服務周到，入住首選，滿意。

住了很多次了，位置最好的一家，會員有給升級了，同價位比周邊的民宿好太多了。連鎖的值得信賴，服務好，有免費提供提車，早餐自助，洗衣烘乾自助，床品乾淨衞生，服務好。對面是政府，廣場經常有表演，這個價位是良心價
