My parents, sibling and I stayed for a total of 3 nights in their 4 pax room.
It’s a beautiful and tastefully decorated accommodation with personal courtyard and interior. Bed and duvet were so comfortable especially in the chilly weather of 18 ~ 22 degrees. I didn’t spot anything obvious I can complain about regarding the cleanliness of this place, hence 5/5 for cleanliness.
Location is perfect (5/5). Next to streets of food places that have good ratings, and super near 万象城 shopping mall (restaurants, luxury shops, retail and more). Anyways cabbing around Shantou is really convenient, fast, and affordable. Even though it is nested amongst other tall residential area, once we close the door we couldn’t hear much noise from outside.
Service is 5/5 as well. There’s free pickup and drop off serviced from the railway station. There’s daily fresh fruits delivered to us, as well as chicken soup. There’s also free laundry service which we really appreciate! Staffs were always ready to help and always ready to give recommendations. We really felt their hospitality and they are genuine in providing best service possible.
Amenities is 5/5 as well. The hair dryer is Laifen brand which is so strong and sleek looking. They provide disposable towels on top of those reusable towels. Their slippers are fluffy and comfy. They have like everything we need.
Bonus: Their residential cat and her kittens are adorable!!!
All in all wonderful stay and would stay again if i ever visit Shantou again. Suggestions for improvement: (1) more variety in breakfast options (stayed for 3 nights and felt that some breakfast options would be great), and (2) the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are a little too hard to pour out maybe can consider using press bottles.

AAnh-BaoLe grand hôtel est situé dans la ville de Chaoyang - une petite ville industrielle - peut-être mieux connue pour sa production de vêtements. Chaoyang est environ 39-45 minutes (par voiture) de la ville de Shantou.
L'hôtel a été récemment rénové de manière détaillée, ce qui explique pourquoi il semble - pour la plupart - être récemment construit et ouvert.

The loft apartment showcases a striking modern design that is both artistic and inviting, creating an ideal environment for relaxation. Its convenient location is another significant advantage; situated near a variety of local and international dining options, the property is merely a 10-minute taxi ride from the high-speed railway station and the largest shopping district in the area. This makes it perfect for both culinary exploration and retail therapy.
A delightful highlight of my stay was the complimentary in-room breakfast for two. This included delicious Chinese dim sum alongside both sweet and salted soya milk, providing a wonderful start to the day. While there is no conventional television in the apartment, the presence of a projector, which supports in-app movies and screen mirroring for Apple and Android devices, offers a unique and enjoyable alternative for entertainment. Additionally, the apartment was equipped with an appropriate number of guest amenities and bathing necessities, ensuring a comfortable stay.
However, there were some drawbacks that warrant attention. One significant concern was the extremely slippery bathroom floor, which could pose safety risks. The addition of an anti-slip mat would greatly enhance guest safety. Furthermore, I found the storage water heater to be somewhat inconvenient, particularly during winter. Waiting 20 minutes for hot water after each shower was frustrating, especially for those who prefer longer showers.
Lastly, as an apartment without a reception area, the check-in process could benefit from clearer instructions. A more straightforward guide for guests would be advantageous.
In conclusion, while the accommodation offers numerous appealing features, addressing these noted drawbacks would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

IInvitéJe voyageais à Chaoshan avec mes parents. L'hôtel est dans un excellent emplacement, il se trouve à seulement quelques minutes à pied de Longyan Road Food Street, de la ville de Vientiane et d'autres grands centres commerciaux. Le transport est pratique et il y a des bus directs depuis. toutes les directions dans la ville de Shantou. Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique et serviable. Même s'il y avait beaucoup de monde à mon arrivée, la dame de la réception a préparé avec enthousiasme du thé et d'autres services en attendant. La chambre familiale dans laquelle j'ai séjourné était lumineuse, propre et bien rangée. Il y avait un stand de porridge gratuit le soir et le petit-déjeuner était assez copieux, mais il serait préférable de servir un petit-déjeuner plus proche du petit-déjeuner local. Je préfère le tofu pour le petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel. et douceur par vous-même.

YYipLa location est proche de tout le monde, mais pas de tout. En tant qu'étranger, ce lieu serait un défi majeur si seulement il s'agissait de la récolte de taxis sur la route. L'entrée principale de l'hôtel est au milieu des deux points ”dropoff”, donc de chaque côté, il faut encore marcher un peu. Pas un grand problème, à moins que l'été n'est exactement la saison de ce voyage. même une 1min de marche dans 35° est inconfortable.
La maison est faite quotidiennement, le lieu est gardé très propre, le service est étonnant, lors de l'enregistrement, ajouter le type de bureau frontal sur votre chat et si vous avez besoin de quelque chose ou d'informations, c'est juste un texte loin. Ils ne fournissent pas les serviettes appropriées, au lieu de donner 4 serviettes à usage unique
La chambre est très belle et intéressante, c'est une unité de loft avec un plafond élevé (je pense qu'il devrait être de 6m), donc elle est divisée par un loft pour former 2 ”salles”. Lumière, machines de lavage à l'intérieur de l'unité elle-même, mais un sec est disponible uniquement au bureau, ce qui signifie que vous devez fermer vos vêtements récemment lavés vers l'ascenseur, sauter sur l'ascenseur à l'opposé et passer au bureau pour accéder au sécateur
Je vais explorer d'autres hôtels qui sont à une distance de marche à de bons aliments, mais la propreté est toujours ma priorité et cet hôtel a pris cette boîte

IInvitéJ'ai pris l'intention temporaire de manger et de boire le tête, je voulais choisir un nouvel hôtel de marque internationale, c'est juste le choix de cette maison. L'hébergement est tard, la petite H est très patiente, l'attitude de service est très bonne, et j'ai aussi aidé à mettre à jour la chambre, 👍! La position géographique de l'hôtel est également très bonne, les points de cartes autour de lui ne sont pas loin, il y a beaucoup de nourriture. Recommandation

MMohamad AnasThe hotel is very hygienic and modern. The room is large, clean and was cleaned daily and equipped with toothbrushes, razor blades and room shoes. Next to the hotel there is a large supermarket and a little further there is a small mall with shops, also this is close to many toy markets of Shantou chenghai district.
The service is excellent, the staff are very helpful and there is a laundry room that guests can use. All in all a very pleasant stay.

KKoh KWe are from Singapore, and this is our first visit to Shantou after Covid-related restrictions in China caused some confusion with Alipay and WeChat before we arrived. The two front desk staff, 彤彤 and 小 珊, truly made us feel safe and hassle-free during our stay.
彤彤 was incredibly patient, guiding us on how to use Alipay and WeChat to book taxis, make payments for food delivery, and even have food sent to our room.
小 珊 took the time to explain and recommend excellent local dining options around the hotel. My husband and I are genuinely grateful for their sincere assistance during our three-night stay.
The hotel room was spacious and clean. I particularly appreciated the tea set and the complimentary tea samples that allowed us to enjoy a cup of tea in the room. The bathtub was clean, and the sensor light in the toilet was a thoughtful touch.
