Room was clean and the reception was awesome. The receptionists were all friendly and amazing. The room was a bit cold when I first came in, but it got warmed within a short time. Also the location is very close from Shaoxing Museum and Xuwei Art Museum. Finally, the room price is very reasonable. Highly recommended!

房間特別舒適，空間很大，放行李收拾東西都很方便，衞生也很滿意，我本身也是在酒店業工作的可以看出衞生打掃很用心，前台的服務也超級好，特別是雯雯小姐姐非常有耐心，這家酒店讓我此次紹興之旅留下美好的回憶🥰

1. 進門辦理入住時，前台很糟雜衹有一個男孩子在辦理入住，看了攜程説可以入住機辦理入住，結果去自助機去操作一會，前台才加我説機器辦不了…提前也不説。
2. 其次房間進去異味嚴重，叫了前台來看説換房，好換過去還是異味，最後換了一間還算湊合就不折騰了。
3. 客房也是毛髮重災區，自己看圖吧，不知道你們自己住不住酒店客房……
4. 最後客房的吹風機我在用的時候確定以及肯定按鈕是壞的，一直按着吹頭髮不現實。打電話給前台看都沒來看非説是好的，然後等了一會一個大叔拿來了一個好的，一對比明顯房間裏面按鈕有問題，和大叔反映了，他説房間不是他檢查的，讓我該投訴投訴吧…
5. 早餐還行吧，中規中矩，但是總體來説，服務人員配置不夠，五一溢價但品質沒跟上…

服務：五月五號一早就退房出門辦事，我已離開酒店十多個小時，接到酒店電話告知有衣服遺漏，可以快遞到住地，雖然是不起眼的小事，可顧客的事就是最重要的，事無鉅細有這樣的經營理念一定會越來越好！pin

我覺得挺好的，雖然在電梯口附近，但隔音蠻好的，沒有噪音。房間也很大，窗户也很大。去哪兒都很近，不錯👍。可以寄存行李，走的時候還給了銀耳湯。

我對這次的酒店住宿體驗感到非常滿意。一進酒店大堂，就被寬敞明亮、設計感十足的環境所吸引。辦理入住的流程非常順暢，前台工作人員態度熱情，服務周到，讓我感受到了家的温暖。
進入房間後，更是驚喜連連。房間佈局合理，設施齊全，床品舒適，讓我能夠徹底放鬆身心。值得一提的是，房間的隔音效果非常好，讓我能夠擁有一個安靜的休息環境。此外，酒店還提供了豐富的自助早餐，種類多樣，口味地道，讓我每天都能以滿滿的能量開始新的一天。
總的來説，這家酒店無論是從硬件設施、服務質量還是細節關懷方面都表現得非常出色，讓我這次的住宿體驗倍感愉快。我會毫不猶豫地向朋友們推薦這家酒店，並期待下次再次入住。

現在全國的漢庭酒店大多數都是新裝修的，現在去哪裡玩，或者出差我第一選擇都是漢庭了。這次紹興住的魯迅故里漢庭酒店也非常好。整潔，衞生。服務周到。早餐豐富。到店的時候還有一件大床房沒有收拾好。免費為我們升級了房間。棒！

酒店整體很新 電梯使用證上是去年才裝的 房間很好 淋浴房超大 足足兩個平方多 整體佈局緊促有秩 就是周邊有個大樓在施工會有吊機的聲音 還有就是住的有一天銀泰酒店辦喜宴 敲鑼打鼓實在是吵 關了窗還是吵 可能隔音有待提高吧

日常價性價比高，服務總體滿意。就是有個前台工作人員很不專業，有次去前台諮詢她正在接電話，以為是客訴我就等着，結果是她私人電話。我站那兒瞅着她，她還是繼續打好久，如果真的家裡有急事，可以跟客人點頭示意一下都可以理解，結果她是談論美容美體方面的事情。住了好多酒店我真是第一次遇到這種前台。（其他工作人員都挺好）
