We waited for our keys, we received them. The bellman is completely unprofessional. When we were going to go to the room, he simply ignored us and went in the other direction. Then, when another bellman agreed to take us to the room, we realized that at the reception they gave us rooms in another hotel on the second line. When we complained that these were not the right rooms, we were told that the rooms according to our reservation would be tomorrow. Returning to the reception 10 minutes later, we were given the correct rooms (room 4122). But no one showed us the room, and we looked for rooms ourselves with suitcases. We were given only one key card for the room, explaining that they did not have any more cards. Unfortunately, service is completely absent in this hotel and no one knows what hospitality is. I hope that at least the beach and the sea will change our impressions tomorrow. The rooms are old, poorly cleaned, there is a lot of dust and dirt everywhere. There is no soap in the room. The temperature on the air conditioner is not regulated, the air conditioner was very loud, we had to call a repairman. For hot water to come out of the tap, you have to wait 5 minutes.
