客觀的講這個酒店硬件軟件都還湊合，但埃及人就是一貫的忽悠，吸取了一個教訓，以後在埃及碰到服務人員的承諾，務必留下證據，否則出爾反爾，一點招都沒有。總之這是一個不會再來的酒店。

My husband and myself have just recently returned from an extremely enjoyable stay at Sunrise Remal Beach resort between 7th and 21 May 2023. When we arrived at the hotel late in the evening on 7 May we were greeted by the charming Amr - this gentleman genuinely made us feel welcome and took great care of us in showing us to our room and said that if we needed anything we just needed to ask him. Anytime we met him during our stay he always remembered our names and always asked if everything was ok. On the morning of 8 May on our way to breakfast we were lucky enough to meet Reda from reception. This truly lovely gentleman took us down to show us where we would get pool towels and explained where all the different restaurants were located throughout the resort. From this day until our day of departure Reda really made us feel as if we were at home and again told us if we had any problems or questions just to speak to him. On our day of departure Reda had arranged for us to have a late check out and this was really appreciated. We felt that we had made new friends and were sad when our day of departure arrived. There really are so many wonderful staff at this hotel and it would be impossible to name them all, from the guys who hand out pool towels, pool attendant at pool close to main restaurant, to gardeners, but we feel that the following deserve special mention in addition to Amr and Reda:- Mamdouh - our room cleaner - this young gentleman always had a smile whenever we met him, no matter what time of day, he kept our room immaculate and his towel displays were amazing. Please thank him for looking after us so well. Abel - in main restaurant - this man could not have been more pleasant or helpful. Each day he greeted us with a lovely smile and always assisted us in carrying our meals to our table. He always looked after us extremely well at any time we were in the restaurant and it was a true pleasure to have met him. He is a real asset to the hotel. Salah - in the lobby bar - we were always looked after extremely well and greeted cheerfully by this very charming young gentleman who always took time to have a chat. Mahmoud - this young man took great care of us when were were down at the beach every day - always making sure we were served with cold water, beer and soft drinks and was always very pleasant and was very well mannered. Mohammed (unfortunately note sure of his full name) - based in the al a carte restaurants. Again we were always greeted with a lovely smile from this gentleman and all the staff in the pool and and al a carte restaurants. There was also another Mohammed (tall one and always smiling) who it was also a pleasure to have made acquaintance with. There was another young Mohammed who was always joking with us calling my husband Baba and me mom. We were spoken to by a number of hotel managers throughout our stay but one stands out for me - Shahat Abdelgawad - I met this gentleman on our second day at the hotel and e

I rested in this hotel in June, I liked it very much, because everything was very clean and beautiful. the food was delicious and varied. there is a very good staff working there and their animators are simply the best
