商場其實就在附近 客房，大小不錯 但本身訂的雙床房，居然是加床 這是詐騙行為 登記入住時間也10分長資助登記的機器沒有運作

Our stay was as good as it gets, the staff, were extremely helpful. In particular Chloe, who really helped us feel at home and went above and beyond to make our visit as fantastic as it was. We would 100% stay here again if ever we were in the area.

Brilliant place to stay, great location and easy to get to, enough parking and on site bar / restaurant. As usual room was clean, tidy and comfortable. We were there whilst the UK had a heatwave, no A/C which was an issue because it was sooooo hot, but, team advised upon checking in that they had drawn the curtains, opened window, put a fan in the room, sheet on bed (removed duvet), had bottles of iced water to give us upon checking in that in and could collect them everytime we wanted any. They couldn’t have done more to alleviate the situation without actual air con. Although we did still struggle with the heat, I can’t complain as the whole of the UK was hot, but I’m hoping Premier In will invest in A/C as the UK is experiencing more summers of increased heat.

Really good service all week comfy beds and rooms were great food was really good aswell. Breakfast we'll set out on the mornings.

If you want to feel welcomed then I suggest you avoid this place at all costs. None of the staff want to be there, no customer service skills whatsoever. Go to the restaurant; don’t expect to be served; expect to go up to them and order and expect a dead pan expression back. Oh and the duvet; non existant unless you class a singular sheet of paper is what I describe it as a duvet. Even if I wanted to turn down the heating I couldn’t as the part on the wall was broken

Great experience, 2 day trip for Ice Hockey. Food was excellent, staff were lovely and very attentive. Clean and met all the needs we were looking for. Will be back.
