Hôtels proches de Bao'an City College, Shenzhen

La décoration est nouvelle et l'environnement est très calme. La variété du petit déjeuner n'est pas beaucoup, mais le goût est bon. L'effet de froid de l'air conditionné est également bon. La Lijiang qui habitait le jour précédent est toujours en sueur.

A plus de 10 minutes à la ville de Hayao, l'hôtel est propre, l'environnement de l'hôtel est bon, l'attitude du personnel de service est également très bonne, il y a un bar au fond, essentiellement très proche de la station de métro, très pratique, et vous continuerez à choisir de rester à l'avenir.

1/自駕方便。索爾大廈路面免費停車場。電梯兩面雙通。可直上房間。地鐵也方便，步行很短距離。 2/訂的無窗房型，對於衹開空調的人來説很合適，也不存在窗簾遮不遮光問題。 3/衞生間電熱廁板需要更注意一點清潔衞生，廁板縫隙有漬。其他沒有問題，挺好。

青語花園酒店住房特別舒服，還承擔了客人的早中晚三餐，在酒店的8樓設定洗衣房，提供自助洗衣服務，特別方便。前台小哥還幫我升級了帶陽台的房間，給五星好評！.

The hotel location is close to the subway exit B. Although it’s a bit far from the city centre, in our opinion it is still quite convenient. Cleanliness is great and we were thinking of coming back. Unfortunately we were greatly disappointed by the 7th floor cleaning lady. She showed a very unhappy face and rudely teased us “if all customers are like you, asking for some more water, it will be a disaster” when we asked for only a few more bottles of water (where we needed it for a medical reason). This made us feel this hotel doesn’t have good hospitality. We have reflected this issue to the reception during check out who constantly begged and pestered us to give them all 5 stars for the review. If you actually wanted return customers and weren't just begging for five star ratings, hopefully customer service will improve in the future so that you can earn a well-deserved five stars. Also, when we checked in we asked for non smoking room, the reception guy assured us the whole hotel is smoke-free. However, for the second night we stayed, where someone moved in the room next to us, they smoked in the midnight and it somehow got into the ventilation air conditioning system and our room. It was very unpleasant but we didn’t complaint as it was in the midnight and we were too tired. Also we found it is not a smoke-free hotel (see photos). The hotel rooms are 4-7 floors, they provide ear buds as it’s close to the busy road. Ask for higher floors if you are light sleeper. We didn’t use any amenities so can’t comment and give it a 4 star.

La position de l'hôtel est très bonne, à côté de la sortie, la station de métro est très pratique de voyager. Lorsque vous entrez dans le hall de l'hôtel, le personnel de la réception est très chaleureusement réceptionné, le traitement de l'hébergement est également très rapide, le service de la dame et de la sœur de la réception est très bon, il a également aidé à mettre à jour le type de chambre, très bon, entrez dans la chambre est très bon, Les installations sont également complètes. Le 8ème étage de l'hôtel dispose également d'une salle de sport et d'un lave-linge. Très bien. L'unique insuffisance est que l'âge de l'hôtel est plus ancien, mais le rapport coût/efficacité est globalement toujours très élevé

Room is clean and comfortable. The first assigned room is smelly, the counter changes another better room immediately. Counter service is very good. Breakfast is OK, not many choices, food is good. Coffee machine is very old, not function very well indeed. Location is the best, just next to the metro exit, very convenience. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel, all kinds of food you can taste and try, and the price is very good.

The stay was really lovely. No problems whatsoever. What we found a bit annoying was the light switch system, because it was not centralized. We had to manually walk to every corner where the light was on and turn it off. The isolation has room for improvement, slight noise from the outside slipped in to our room, but not loud enough to disturb us.
