Avis : Jufuyuan Apartment

Hahahahahahahahahahahaha Je pense que c'est très rentable. L'endroit est difficile à trouver et les personnages sont trop petits. Il y a une station de métro à proximité et c'est très pratique pour voyager. Cependant, je pense qu'il serait préférable que la salle de bain puisse être agrandi.

Dans l'ensemble, ça va. La maison a l'air vieille et propre. Transport pratique, proche de la porte est Tucao, mes sœurs, vous devez apporter des pantoufles lorsque vous séjournez ici, c'est très gênant de ne pas avoir de pantoufles. Il n'y a pas de place pour mettre des produits cosmétiques dans les toilettes, le patron devrait-il envisager d'en ajouter quelque chose ? Il y a Mickey dans la chambre avec un lit à l'extérieur du n°01 ! C'est très bruyant et je n'arrête pas de mordre des choses. Je dois allumer la lumière et porter des écouteurs pour m'endormir.

This is a honest review about Jufuyuan Apartment. The location is around 10 minutes away from Dongmen Pedestrian Street and the grocery store but there is a 24/7 convenience store located downstairs. Upon check in I asked the lady boss why there was no sofa compared to the pictures on the website as she told me different rooms have different layouts. There was a problem with the AC on the living area that is why the guy boss had to adjust the room temperature for us to sleep comfortably. It can sleep 4 people as we were billeted on the 31st floor. The guy boss was so kind as to help me order items from taobao as I needed to order items from the app and my alipay wont connect to the taibao app that is why I asked him to use his app and he ordered for me. He also helped me to look for a key duplicating store on the last day as I stayed there for 5 days. But I can't say much about the lady boss(his wife) as we asked her for help on the last day to book a didi taxi since I don't know how to use the app. She didn't help me and told me to ask someone downstairs to book it yet the guard didn't know how to either. We can speak mandarin but I find the attitude of the lady boss not so good compared to his husband who was so kind to help me out. Good thing a taxi stopped by and we were able to catch a ride to the port going back to HK. It was raining then so we had to take a taxi back to the port. Location wise it is okay if youre not with seniors as my parents had a hard time going to the Pedestrian street(30 mins walk from them). There was typhoon for 2 days so we didn't go out. My parents were sick but the good thing is there was a hospital in front and a pharmacy besides it, wherein I bought medicines and food for them. Subway is around 200 meters but you need to carry your stuff going down as there was no escalator going down only up. 4 Restaurants were across the apartment. There were several small roaches that they really need to disinfect the room as I saw them crawling on the wall. Most units then were not occupied as it was lean season but saw some units have a balcony wherein ours didn't have any. If not for the kindness of the guy boss I would say I still had a pleasant experience staying there. The apartment is more of an Airbnb type that you have to provide everything. No water or tea was provided during our stay. There was a washing machine besides the bathroom which helped us to wash our clothes when we were there.

Pros: near to metro and shopping street but lots of irritating beeping bikes when walking. Washing machine in good order. Good toilet paper. Cons : Bad altitude of owner and wife. Room is dirty and smelly. Mineral water not provided. Only provide 2 cups and 2 towels for 4 pax in room. Kettle and cups are not clean. Found 2 cockroaches on floor. Toilet choked . And on our last of stay, there was no electricity. Room was small. No space to put 3 luggage. Tv not working at all. The layout of the kitchen near to the toilet with no separating door is inconvenient, unhygienic and ridiculous. And the shampoo and shower cream have been left there for don't know how long. We didn't dare to use them. We will never stay in this place again. Book at your own risk.

Nice hotel! We had a family vacation, everything was fine. the room is clean, but requires cosmetic repairs. Sevis is great, I liked everything. Excellent location, close to a shopping street and metro.

Smelly when opening the door but gone after balcony door open. Remote and tv not function The whole room very small

The Owners kind and friendly, event help us top up Alipay, He give us the best thing He can prepare. Recommend place to stay. From Metro Hubei exit C just walk 2building 50-70meter than turn right 30meter will find the Apartment and ask the security to Jufuyuan, they will help to the front desk at floors 17th. Dongmen Pedestrian Street is walking distance and you can find everything you want.

房間非常不錯乾淨又整潔，冰箱洗衣機都可以用，樓下就是便利店，老街市場非常近，帶娃旅遊非常合適的選擇。從羅湖回來打車才十幾塊錢，不用等地鐵太方便了

非常方便的位置，老闆人非常好！別看是民宿，天天給打掃衞生，24小時熱水特別舒服，有家的感覺！樓下24小時超市。

房子有點舊，開空調會散發出陳年老味。厠所板是破的。牆壁沙發跟搖控是髒的。晚上睡在床上身體一直痕，只能走客廳睡沙發。然後明明12點退房，結果10點多一點就有人敲門，我被驚起後，本來想說不理她就走了吧。結果是一直敲一直敲。我出去問什麽事，她說要不要清潔。大姐，我12點退房後你才清潔不行嗎？ 以後不會再來這裡了。 優點是位置確實很方便，對面就是東門。

民宿離東門老街很近。第二次住了，價格很便宜，房子裝潢比較舊，客廳冷氣會滴水。這次住的房間比較小間，特殊裝潢的房間地上的門擋有點危險。連住兩天，有來到垃圾，但是沒注意衛生間的紙巾沒有了

前台一個男人，態度很差説話好叼，網上聯繫人也是態度很差，反應情況順前台的人服務態度差，還**的反説是住客的問題，本人服務行業説話態度就應該要擺正，而不是跟你去犟跟你去抬槓，酒店很多，深圳並不是衹有你一家，自己反省反省一下吧
