The place is super clean! Huge room that can fit up to 3 people by adding an extra bed. Love the amenities including the lane pool and the professional gym! Close to a plaza for decent food!

We were given a non smoking room but could still smell the smoke odour, we requested to change room but was informed that we have to wait two hours. A new room on a higher floor with bath tub was assigned and we were allowed to use the lounge for breakfast next morning, which was much less crowded than the restaurant on ground floor. A wide variety of Chinese and western style food was offered.

Everything is perfect, attentive service and the room is spacious, The buffet breakfast is not worth it though, the choice is limited

Stayed multiple times. Loved every bit of it. Roomy and clean, friendly front desk, nice breakfast…this hotel has all I hoped for. Also Yuki was so helpful with all my inquiries and she deserves a thumb up. Keep it up. You are all doing a good job here.

Very nice and clean hotel, nice location, will definitely recommend it to friends and relatives! The gym room was so cool and nice, remember to bring your workout clothes!

It is a great hotel to stay in Shenzhen if you have a limited budget. The hotel is clean and they have all the necessary amenities. The only downside is that it is not walking distance from Futian High Speed Train Station.

The hotel location and surrounding facilities were good, and transportation was especially convenient. I plan to use it often in the future.

We arrived at night time, the front desk lady Lynn has been very helpful with positive attitude. Surprisingly we got upgraded to a bigger room. We had a great experience here and will definitely come back in the future.

This is the first hotel we tried in SZ and surprisingly was so good. The lobby is quite old-fashioned so we didn’t expect much when we first arrived. However when we opened the room door we were amazed that it’s all new and so clean. Love the bathroom that there’s make-up table and corner with seat! Perfect for girls. We had the chinese restaurant on the 1st floor and was so good too! Will be back definitely
