Évaluations de Jinjiang Metropolis Hotel (Wuyi Square IFS International Financial Center)

J'attends avec impatience mon prochain voyage à Changsha et je reviendrai dans cet hôtel ! Pour le prix que j'ai payé, ça vaut vraiment le coup

J'y ai passé 3 nuits, la chambre a été rénovée de façon moderne et confortable. Il y a eu un problème avec le nettoyeur de chambre, la responsable de la réception (je pense que oui) a été invitée à le régler avec une oreille attentive. Comprendre nos préoccupations et prendre des mesures de rectification rapidement. Le petit-déjeuner est bon malgré le fait qu'il s'agisse d'une chaîne d'hôtels locale. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un séjour agréable, à proximité de la station de métro et d'un emplacement central.

très standard et propre. La nourriture du petit déjeuner était bonne, mais il n'y avait pas suffisamment de sièges disponibles et pas organisés aussi confortablement. Adéquat. Pas de vrai bureau dans ma chambre. L'emplacement est pratique pour la ligne n°2.

The smoke smell is quite strong in the corridor/lift. There was also an ashtray in the room even though we got a non smoking room. Fortunately, there wasn't any smell in the room itself. The windows and the table were quite dirty. The mattress was a bit on the harder side. Nonetheless, the stay remained rather nice. The reception staff is welcoming and very helpful. They served us tea while checking us in. On our second night, we had a question concerning our train tickets and they helped us call the support service without being asked. Location was also great as we were about 15min away from Wuyi square and right next to the metro.

Good location and clean newly decorated room. Smart WC is wonderful and nice to use.friendly and helpful front desk staff. Ample drinking water provided for the room. Breakfast is ok. As no air conditioning, due to changing of hot and cold air system, room could be hot and some friends find it hard to sleep. So before booking hotel room for this city, need to check if air conditioning will be provided. Otherwise, nice and pleasant stay.

The stay at the hotel was comfortable and pleasant. The morning breakfast buffet was nice and the room and facilities are modern and clean. The only thing I was not satisfied with, was the in room aircon. The temperature is controlled by outside services, which makes the in room control useless. On hot days and nights,the unit blew warm air, until they decided it was time to turn cooling on.

Hotel has no A/C during our three nights stay which made our stay so uncomfortable. However hotel employees were very nice.

During our 2 night stay I have brought to the front desk attention that the air conditioning in our room wasn't working and they brought us a portable fan. Next morning I provided a feedback to the front desk the room was warm and the portable fan was noisy and I didn't have a good rest last night. They said the central system has not been working that would effect the temperature in the building and that night they brought another portable fan to my room.

Everything is perfect, the location, cleanliness, etc. We must emphasize the service of the employees who are very willing to help. If I return to Changsha, I will repeat it again!!
