Not really having hot water in the room. Informed the front desk after the first night and was not fixed or followed-up.

This Atour hotel is great in terms of hospitality; cleanness; air-con purity; and the ability to deliver room without cigeratte smells. Staff are very helpful. This Atour is brand new and very comfortable to live in. My family spends a great night and weekend in it.

Need renovation and change all the lights, the lights already aged, too dark room.overall still good stay.

Our stay at Atour Hotel was very comfortable and reasonably priced. The service was great and the staff were very accommodating. It is a great location, close to Hongqiao Park, Guangming Culture Artistic Center, Fenghuang Metro Station, and nearby shops, restaurants, and cafes. Highly recommended.
