A nice & tidy hotel for a quick stop by but not for families if you expected more amenities or facilities. The cold shower water was not available - guess something was wrong inside the room. The team was a bit casual and not that professional while you asked for some support.

Pleasantly surprised by Crystal Orange Hotel. Great open view to greeneries in a Tech hub. A few mins walking distance to a wide range of restaurants. Super clean accommodation, comfy beds, great breakfast, and courteous front desk and restaurant staff. Would definitely come back to Crystal Orange next time.

They managed to turn my frown upside down! I was initially disappointed with their services but their Manager, Ms. Lu managed to turn my experience around. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to know that their money will be well spent and their stay will be extremely comfortable and convenient!
And I love the convenience of xiao du, to assist in switching everything on or off!

前台小哥讓我五星好評，我答應他了。但是我晚上點個外賣8：36到前台，我打電話問能不能送，他説可以，我就安心在房間等。一直到9：25都沒收到，我再次給前台打電話，他張嘴就説沒有，我説我已經打過電話了，他説我沒寫房間號，那這是啥我請問？明明看着顧客的外賣在桌子上，明明接了顧客的電話並且答應了，為什麼看着外賣在眼皮子底下50分鐘不送餐？還張嘴就誣賴客户自己有問題啊？
