Location excellent, restaurants and shopping mall near around, we are 8 friends living in the 1 flat (4 rooms) X 2 nights, size of flat is fine.
However, a bit dirty, the seriously problem is the wash room, bathing & toilet are located the same area, mean all wet on the floor & toilet after bathing,
there is a problem with water removal was found as well. we are not considering for next booking unfortunately.

公寓酒店地理位置得天獨厚，樓下就是卓悦滙中心 和上梅林地鐵站。上下樓 複式格局 榻榻米床，很受少年娃偏愛。廚房 冰箱 洗衣機配套設施 ，有住家的感覺。樓層視野好，且沒有噪音困擾。

整體感覺十分差。朋友們差不多4點先登記入住，晚上與我們會合後，才知道公寓環境十分不理想。早前看到Trip.com 某些差評，以為是個別事件，單看官網相片應該還可以，但沒想到真的給那些差評一般， 本人舉列以下評價：
衛生情況
1）梳化鋪一張疑遮蓋污跡的布，沙發上滿佈污跡，朋友坐了一會發覺全身發癢，當問及職員時表示是洗不掉的污跡。
2）牆身很多污跡，感覺殘舊
3）屋內所有玻璃都像沒有清潔過的痕跡，職員表示已清潔過是水漬；但本人摸到樓梯的扶手都是灰塵
4）本人上公寓查看，職員提供即棄的一次性浴巾，後發現原來房內有提供可從用毛巾，但那些毛巾感覺是用過或很久沒有清潔
5）浴室洗手盆，有發霉的污垢
安全問題
1）所有浴室沒有乾濕分離，使用感覺不理想
2）浴室沒有提供防滑的墊，我小朋友滑到了好幾次
設施
1）客廳梳化旁的茶機桌面是破裂的
2）我和朋友開密碼門鎖有困難，仲要勞煩職員開門
由於整體感覺實在太差，朋友與我回合後再不打算當晚留宿公寓，本人嘗試取消預訂，但由於過了可以取消的時，商家拒絕取消。無可奈何我朋友們唯有找別的住處，而我們一家三口繼續留宿。商家回覆衛生方面沒有問題，可能大家衛生的準則有不同，但用這個價錢有這個質素，實在不合理。希望想預訂的用家們看到評價後三思！亦相信商家是一大堆藉口

房間非常好，住的非常滿意！下樓就是地鐵4號線，非常方便，就是第一次過來時沒有標識，不太好找，走到另外一棟樓了，不過客服給更換了房間。

房间很干凈，服務很好，前台小姐姐熱心办理入住手續及帶領我們進入房間，有問題亦很快處理，交通非常方便，近地鉄站。下次仍然會考慮入住。

酒店位置很方便，不需2分鐘就到地鐵站
附近也有很多食肆
房間整齊簡潔，分兩層，樓下大廳很寬敞
樓上兩間房也不錯，樓上也有洗手間
唯獨是洗手間比較細

整體OK適合一家人入住，但是入住要去16樓，帶小孩有點不方便，衞生可以，不過小孩建議有防滑地氈比較好，謝謝
