IInvitéTout d'abord, permettez-moi de conclure : c'est l'hôtel le plus satisfaisant de ce voyage.
Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été conquise par la beauté du paysage. J'ai réservé une chambre avec vue sur la mer. À l'enregistrement, la réception a remarqué la présence d'enfants et m'a immédiatement envoyé un sac de jouets et de petits éventails. L'une des trois cartes de chambre était une adorable petite pieuvre, que les enfants pouvaient utiliser pour aider leurs proches à ouvrir l'ascenseur et la porte de la chambre. Les enfants étaient très fiers. L'idée est vraiment géniale !
L'hôtel est à seulement quelques dizaines de mètres de la plage. En ouvrant la porte du balcon, vous profiterez d'une vue magnifique. C'est très pratique pour aller à la plage et profiter des vagues. L'espace commun met également à disposition divers outils pour creuser le sable, ce qui simplifie grandement les choses. Vous pouvez jouer directement sur place. La piscine est également équipée de nombreux anneaux de natation. Ces équipements sont parfaits pour les familles voyageant avec des enfants. C'est un hôtel familial que j'ai soigneusement sélectionné, où l'on peut profiter du sable et de la baignade !
Parlons restauration : installez-vous à l'Executive Club pour profiter du petit-déjeuner, de l'apéritif du soir et du thé de l'après-midi. Dînez dans deux restaurants, où les plats sont exquis et propres, et profitez du paysage tout en dînant. On ne perd pas son temps dans de tels endroits. J'ai commandé un plat à emporter le soir. Le porridge aux fruits de mer était délicieux. C'était tout simplement délicieux ! La nourriture est délicieuse et explose dans ma bouche !
Enfin, l'InterContinental Hotel Executive Building est l'un des rares hôtels cinq étoiles à proposer une femme de ménage qui livre les plats à emporter directement dans la chambre. Hana, la femme de ménage, est très réactive et réactive. Elle répondra immédiatement à vos besoins, ce qui est bien mieux que dans beaucoup d'autres hôtels. SSiew YingOverall, my stay was great, but there are a few areas for improvement. Eleven, at the reception, was absolutely fantastic she was incredibly nice, helpful, and proactive. Despite a small hiccup at check-in, she quickly resolved it with a smile. However, another staff member at the reception didn’t feel as welcoming, which was a bit of a letdown.
The room was clean and tidy every day, and they made sure to keep my bed in perfect condition. One thing I did notice, though, was that the mirror blinds were a little faulty, but that didn’t take away from the overall comfort. Despite a few minor issues, I had a pleasant stay and would return again anytime!

SShootingstar LeeC'était un logement très satisfaisant.
La concierge, la réception, le restaurant et la chambre sont tous les meilleurs hôtels.
En particulier, j'ai été vraiment déplacé par le service délicat et réfléchi de Jay Lee, chef exécutif du restaurant.
Si possible la prochaine fois que vous visitez Shenzhen, je voudrais revoir.

SSmartcanuckL'hôtel est agréable avec une belle piscine pour le quartier de Dameisha, mais son prix est très élevé. Le prix de l'hôtel est comparable à celui d'un 5 étoiles international, mais il ne tient pas ses promesses. La direction et ses propriétaires devraient revoir sérieusement leurs tarifs et la formation de leur personnel.
Avantages : l'hôtel est neuf, joliment rénové, et ils ont embauché beaucoup de personnel qui s'investit. Les serviettes sont très moelleuses et agréables. Le peignoir est doux, absorbant et de haute qualité. Le petit-déjeuner offre un certain choix, mais les plats cuisinés pourraient être améliorés ; il est donc moins sec, mais c'est acceptable et pas mal, avec une bonne machine à café et des céréales occidentales (j'ai manqué de lait froid, mais le personnel en a trouvé). La piscine est grande, propre et belle (pas profonde) et peu chlorée. Le bar propose des boissons (mais pas de nourriture). Le forfait photo est une bonne idée, mais les photographes nécessitent plus d'expérience. La baignoire est jolie, avec des sels et une éponge en loofah. La télévision propose un Netflix chinois et des films occidentaux (mais il faut connaître le chinois pour lire les sélections) et une sélection musicale. Produits de toilette inclus, dont un bon Colgate format voyage. Le réfrigérateur contenait un Sprite, un Coca-Cola, deux bouteilles d'eau gazeuse de marque thaïlandaise et deux bouteilles d'eau. Deux sachets de thé et un paquet de café concentré étaient disponibles. Dans l'ensemble, tout était propre. Les photos du petit-déjeuner sont jointes, car elles étaient vagues.
Inconvénients : le personnel est inexpérimenté, trop jeune, manque de formation, lent et inefficace. S'ils changent autant d'argent, ils devraient embaucher du personnel expérimenté avec un programme de formation détaillé, complet et rigoureux. Ils devraient recruter davantage de managers pour gérer les opérations et permettre au personnel de développer les compétences relationnelles nécessaires. La direction semble irréaliste quant à l'embauche de nombreux employés inexpérimentés pour offrir un service 5 étoiles. Il serait préférable d'embaucher davantage de personnel 5 étoiles plus âgé et expérimenté, possédant une expérience hôtelière, plutôt que d'embaucher autant de jeunes employés inexpérimentés. Bien que le personnel soit sincère et fasse de son mieux, il semble que ce soit leur premier emploi, et je n'attends pas grand-chose d'eux. Ils sont lents, inefficaces et perdus par manque d'expérience. Plusieurs de mes demandes ont été perdues et ont nécessité plusieurs rappels.
J'ai utilisé les nouvelles toilettes automatiques, mais leurs toilettes étaient difficiles à utiliser et ne tiraient pas la chasse d'eau (faible pression d'eau). La baignoire et la douche sont mal conçues (mais jolies) et difficiles à utiliser. Le restaurant n'a pas pu expliquer le menu à 399 $ et n'avait aucune photo.
La directrice Zhou a été très efficace pour assurer le suivi et s'excuser. Elle était attentionnée et à l'écoute. Mais la direction doit changer, embaucher plus de managers et mettre en place un programme de formation détaillé (pas seulement sur un ou deux jours), mais beaucoup plus long et plus continu. J'ai peur de demander s'ils parlent anglais. Globalement, cet hôtel n'est pas prêt, il est trop cher et il ne devrait s'agir que d'un lancement en douceur, avec des prix réduits. Si vous êtes prêt à payer autant, allez dans un autre vrai hôtel 5 étoiles, ou réservez seulement la chambre la moins chère. Mais si vous aimez vraiment nager, cela vaut la peine d'envisager l'option, car la piscine est agréable.

JJxxxxcLa station Shopping Park/la station Futian sont à la fois très proches et pratiques
J'ai pris l'initiative de surclasser dans une suite exécutive, située au 40ème étage d'un immeuble de grande hauteur, mais déguisée, elle n'a qu'une terrasse et aucune vue du tout.
De plus, la propreté est très moyenne pour un hôtel cinq étoiles.
Les tapis antidérapants sont si bon marché, pourquoi ne pouvez-vous pas dépenser quelques dollars pour les remplacer ? C'est vraiment dégoûtant d'être moisi.
Les baignoires sont également très sales. Dès que l'eau est mise, beaucoup de taches apparaissent. Je l'ai lavée toute la matinée pour que les enfants jouent dans l'eau😅.
Dans l'ensemble, l'emplacement est excellent et le personnel est courtois.
Mais le matériel ne semble pas être à la hauteur des standards cinq étoiles.

IInvité06Le service de l'hôtel est très chaleureux et patient, la chambre est propre et bien rangée sans aucune odeur, le petit-déjeuner est très varié et relativement riche. Il y a une station de métro à 300 mètres de l'hôtel, ce qui rend les déplacements pratiques. Le taxi s'arrêtera à la porte de l'hôtel. Il faut environ 20 minutes pour se rendre à l'aéroport, ce qui est également très rapide. C'est une bonne expérience de séjour et je la recommande vivement !

MMiss Ina伊娜We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The service was good. The breakfast was decent. The beach was very clean. They also had lifeguards to watch out for the people. Its a beautiful place and highly recommend it.
The only thing that was not good was that there is no shading on the beach area and you can even put up something to shield the kids from the hot sun.

LLionel LeoL'hôtel est globalement très bien. Son emplacement est très central, et il est spacieux avec des chambres très grandes et belles.

Les installations sont limitées, il serait agréable d'avoir un petit bar ou un espace boissons. Le petit-déjeuner est moyen, bien que le restaurant soit lumineux et beau. La climatisation est beaucoup trop froide et la température de la douche fluctue entre le chaud et le froid.
Dans l'ensemble, le séjour a été très agréable. Les quelques membres du personnel qui étaient de service étaient très agréables et serviables, même s'il n'y avait pas une grande équipe.
