Great location and convenient to commute to other places if you prefer taking the train. Surrounding area is a busy place with all sorts of foods, any that you can name it and also night markets. Hotel is great for us, comfortable room and bed. Proper bathroom. Only drawback is we can smell cigarettes smell from the toilet (just need to keep the toilet cubicle close) and the corridors as we see some rooms people actually smokes inside the room although it is supposed to be non-smoking room. Other than cigarettes smell, everything is pleasant for us.

The place is really good. It was better than what we expected and quite big in size. The bed is really comfortable and we had a great sleep. The stuff is very welcoming and they allowed late check out with no problem.
We are coming up to sz quite often and I’m definitely coming back to this hotel.

SSmartcanuckL'hôtel est agréable avec une belle piscine pour le quartier de Dameisha, mais son prix est très élevé. Le prix de l'hôtel est comparable à celui d'un 5 étoiles international, mais il ne tient pas ses promesses. La direction et ses propriétaires devraient revoir sérieusement leurs tarifs et la formation de leur personnel.
Avantages : l'hôtel est neuf, joliment rénové, et ils ont embauché beaucoup de personnel qui s'investit. Les serviettes sont très moelleuses et agréables. Le peignoir est doux, absorbant et de haute qualité. Le petit-déjeuner offre un certain choix, mais les plats cuisinés pourraient être améliorés ; il est donc moins sec, mais c'est acceptable et pas mal, avec une bonne machine à café et des céréales occidentales (j'ai manqué de lait froid, mais le personnel en a trouvé). La piscine est grande, propre et belle (pas profonde) et peu chlorée. Le bar propose des boissons (mais pas de nourriture). Le forfait photo est une bonne idée, mais les photographes nécessitent plus d'expérience. La baignoire est jolie, avec des sels et une éponge en loofah. La télévision propose un Netflix chinois et des films occidentaux (mais il faut connaître le chinois pour lire les sélections) et une sélection musicale. Produits de toilette inclus, dont un bon Colgate format voyage. Le réfrigérateur contenait un Sprite, un Coca-Cola, deux bouteilles d'eau gazeuse de marque thaïlandaise et deux bouteilles d'eau. Deux sachets de thé et un paquet de café concentré étaient disponibles. Dans l'ensemble, tout était propre. Les photos du petit-déjeuner sont jointes, car elles étaient vagues.

Il serait préférable d'embaucher davantage de personnel 5 étoiles plus âgé et expérimenté, possédant une expérience hôtelière, plutôt que d'embaucher autant de jeunes employés inexpérimentés. Bien que le personnel soit sincère et fasse de son mieux, il semble que ce soit leur premier emploi, et je n'attends pas grand-chose d'eux. Ils sont lents, inefficaces et perdus par manque d'expérience. Plusieurs de mes demandes ont été perdues et ont nécessité plusieurs rappels.
J'ai utilisé les nouvelles toilettes automatiques, mais leurs toilettes étaient difficiles à utiliser et ne tiraient pas la chasse d'eau (faible pression d'eau). La baignoire et la douche sont mal conçues (mais jolies) et difficiles à utiliser. Le restaurant n'a pas pu expliquer le menu à 399 $ et n'avait aucune photo.
La directrice Zhou a été très efficace pour assurer le suivi et s'excuser. Elle était attentionnée et à l'écoute. Mais la direction doit changer, embaucher plus de managers et mettre en place un programme de formation détaillé (pas seulement sur un ou deux jours), mais beaucoup plus long et plus continu. J'ai peur de demander s'ils parlent anglais. Globalement, cet hôtel n'est pas prêt, il est trop cher et il ne devrait s'agir que d'un lancement en douceur, avec des prix réduits. Si vous êtes prêt à payer autant, allez dans un autre vrai hôtel 5 étoiles, ou réservez seulement la chambre la moins chère. Mais si vous aimez vraiment nager, cela vaut la peine d'envisager l'option, car la piscine est agréable.

XXingshuashuaQuand je suis arrivé à Shenzhen, j'ai spécialement choisi Dameisha et trouvé InterContinental. De façon inattendue, avant mon arrivée, un commissaire me contactait. En raison du problème de réservation d'un véhicule, j'ai contacté Cassie, qui a soigneusement réservé un véhicule pour moi à Dameisha et m'a arrangé une belle chambre. SSmartcanuckExcellent à bien des égards avec un grand merci à Joyce Bao et Kayle (alias Xiao Bao et Xiao Li 小包 小李) qui nous ont aidés avec nos bagages et nous ont fait partir.
En plus d'être très propres et bien situés, voici quelques autres zones qui ont été bien aménagées :
1. Petit-déjeuner à emporter disponible
2. Le concierge a recherché de manière proactive du personnel supplémentaire afin que nous puissions nous enregistrer rapidement
3. Bonnes infrastructures telles que : une bonne plomberie (pas d'odeurs bizarres), des robinets, des éviers et des toilettes de marque (casher, etc.)
4. Le cours de Pilates de Kelly était professionnel
5. La piscine était chaude et le sauveteur a essayé de demander aux fumeurs de se déplacer sur les côtés (au lieu de les laisser continuer à se tremper).
6. La salle de sport était neuve, bien entretenue et la salle de bain du vestiaire avait de véritables doublures de siège de toilette en papier qui fonctionnaient et des sacs pour les maillots de bain mouillés. Les sèche-cheveux étaient neufs.
7. La chambre avait de grandes fenêtres, des ports de chargement au chevet, un peignoir et des pantoufles épais, moelleux et de bonne qualité. Le papier toilette était épais à 2 épaisseurs avec de bonnes perforations. Shampoing au savon Borghèse, etc. et mini rince-bouche fournis
8. Le petit-déjeuner comprenait de bonnes omelettes et les pâtisseries et les croissants étaient bien préparés et beurrés. Ils avaient même des glaces. Jus de concombre, céleri et carotte fraîchement pressés préparés sur place avec un presse-agrumes. Quand j’ai demandé pourquoi ils n’avaient plus de pommes de terre rissolées, ils ont examiné la question.
9. L'application destinée aux visiteurs de Shenzhen a également fourni de bonnes informations.

Le seul problème était qu'il manquait des boissons dans mon minibar, mais il a été envoyé lorsque j'ai appelé à ce sujet. Mais dans l’ensemble, c’est un très excellent hôtel. Voici quelques observations mineures et quelques suggestions supplémentaires :
1. Un menu d'oreillers pourrait être proposé
2. Un bain moussant peut être mis à disposition sur demande
3. Plus d'informations sur la salle de sport, le lieu de massage, etc. pourraient être proposées dans la chambre et en anglais (au lieu de dans l'application Ctrip).

10. La cabine de douche dans la salle de sport a besoin d'un rebord le long de la porte ou du sol pour que l'eau ne coule pas partout. Actuellement, le sol de la douche n’est pas suffisamment incliné et l’eau ne s’écoule pas assez vite et s’infiltre partout.

CChuk WanAs a budget business hotel, we are satisfied with the stay as a whole. The room is new and clean, and the hotel is in a business building. Disposable slipper and other amentilies like tooth brush, tooth paste and comb are provided. What's a plus is there is a large projector inside room for viewing movies.
One point liked to highlight is the front line staff William has provided excellent services. He greeted us with a smiling face and provided a free welcome fruit plater to us when we checkrd in. He even took the fruit plate to us in person after we arrived room. We did not book room with breakfast but William was so kind to offer 2 breakfast to us as complimentary. Given the so nice services, we will be back if we go to Shenzhen next time.

However, during our stay, the clash between its modern aesthetic and over-the-top New Year’s theme (relentless festive music) felt jarring. It’s a shame to see such a stylish space undermined by seasonal kitsch.
**Location**
A major highlight is the prime location. Key attractions like **中航城君尚購物中心** (AVIC City Junshang Mall) and **世紀滙購物中心** (Century Plaza Mall) are within an 18-minute walk, and two subway stations (Lines 2, 3, and 7) provide seamless connectivity. Nature lovers will appreciate the scenic 30-minute stroll through Shenzhen Centre Park to **深業上城** (UpperHills Mall), blending convenience with greenery.
**Rooms**
Spacious rooms (over 50m²) are well-appointed with lounge sofas, work desks, and HDMI-enabled TVs (a boon for remote workers). That said, layout quirks—like an impractical imitation antique chair obstructing the closet—hinder functionality. Smaller rooms face dated buildings and offer only narrow, angled park views, which may disappoint guests seeking vistas. The unique exterior, shaped by varied floor plans, adds architectural interest but doesn’t compensate for interior shortcomings.

During our holiday stay, operational cuts were glaring. Both Western and Chinese restaurants were closed, with no advance notice on booking platforms—a major letdown given the promoted couples’ set menu. The lone delivery robot struggled during peak meal times, causing delays, especially with no room service. For a hotel of this caliber, such oversights during high-demand periods are inexcusable.
**Verdict**
Hui Hotel’s strengths—stellar location, spacious rooms, and polished design—make it a solid choice for business travelers or design-conscious visitors. However, inconsistent guest etiquette, operational hiccups during holidays, and minor room flaws prevent it from truly shining. With better management of seasonal decor, clearer communication about closures, and stricter enforcement of ambiance standards, this hotel could easily elevate itself to the five-star tier it aims for. Until then, temper expectations if booking during peak seasons.

IInvitéCheck-in was a little underwhelming. Door staff gave up rolling the luggage midway from the door to the front desk, claiming that the luggage was too heavy. Front desk staff seemed confused about whether there were available rooms; we only managed to get checked in after approaching another front desk staff after 10-15 minutes.i
Room was basic and therefore underwhelming for the price (and even below par compared to some of the lower cost local hotels). Ceiling area where the air conditioning was had mold, and TV was an old model. Saving grace was the view - there was a good view of Window of the Park, and the bed, which was very comfortable.
The gym was well equipped and also had a steam room (though this was not 24/7 unlike the rest of the gym). Swimming pool was outdoors and large though subject to air quality and not heated. The spa was too pricey for the standard of service.
Hotel itself has a direct connection to the next-door mall, which also has a direct connection to the Window by the Park (世界之窗） metro station. The mall has plenty of dining options.

ZZeethaThis is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.
I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me.
The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work.
On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.
I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.
If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks.
So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!
