L'hôtel est propre et conçu avec goût. Le seul problème est qu'il n'y a pas un seul crochet dans la pièce, donc il n'y a pas d'endroit pour accrocher les vêtements après avoir pris une douche. En hiver, il faut retourner au placard du couloir pour se changer car il est facile d'attraper froid. Comme j'ai peur d'avoir froid, je n'ai pas pris de bain. Les deux messieurs de la famille ont été très satisfaits du service rendu par la baignoire. Comme l'hôtel ne dispose pas de restaurant, les employés sont tenus d'acheter des rouleaux de riz pour le petit-déjeuner. Cependant, nous nous réveillons tous les trois à des heures différentes. Le petit déjeuner était encore congelé. La seule chance est que le personnel de l'hôtel est disponible 24 heures sur 24 et essaie de répondre à toutes vos questions. C’est à saluer.

Very well decorated,stylish, and new hotel (more like service apartment) hidden in a residential building full of other service apartments. The building itself looks old, and due to it's location, a lot of them are vacant. Da Xiao Mei Sha's peak visiting season is summertime, and we went during Nov timing, so it was pretty quiet. The hotel itself has only opened for a month, so everything was very nice and new but due to the same reason they do not provide breakfast service. The staff was very nice and helpful by decorating the room with balloons on request as it was a birthday celebration before we arrived at the room. We were assigned a ”butler” and can be reached anytime, even before our arrival date, every day before 12 am, and answer any question we had. We were offered dessert as a welcoming treat, and snacks like mini cupcakes and crackers were prepared in the room and the communal area at their ”lobby.” The hotel provides Atelier Cologne toiletries, which were nice and luxury. The room was very spacious, and our specific room type had a bath in the bedroom in front of our window. However, we figured that people from the other side of the building might be able to see me bath, so we will have to close the curtains, defeating the purpose of having a bath with seaview unless u enter with clothes. One minor downside was that the fridge was not working and was unable to keep our birthday cake chilled. Overall, I would give 10 out of 10 for the room itself, but they might still need a little more time to improve on small details, gaining experience from things that they might encounter with guests. After all, it is one of the most expensive hotels besides the international chained hotels. I would still recommend this hotel, and we can the staff are passionate about providing the best service, I am sure they will be able to fine-tune things soon.

L'expérience d'hébergement de trois jours et deux nuits a été très bonne, l'environnement et les installations étaient magnifiques et vous pouvez vous détendre ici. De la réception au départ, le service a été très attentionné et prévenant. Merci au personnel pour leur travail acharné. Le seul problème est qu’il y a plus de petits insectes. Bien que cela soit inévitable en raison de l'environnement limité, il serait préférable d'ajouter davantage d'équipements anti-moustiques☺️ De plus, les toilettes et la salle de douche sont exiguës, et l'ajout d'équipements de circulation d'air ou d'espaces les rendrait plus confortables ~ Dans l'ensemble, je suis très satisfait et j'aimerais rester ici à nouveau ! 🥰
